hi cobra07, i was reading up on share buyback !! interesting ... it may not have immediate effect on the share price but in the longer run it shud have by way of 'adjusting' eps and pe via shrinking free float. additionally, it also shows that the company has strong cash flow to exercise such scheme :)

Cobra, this is normal thing ONI. If a co wants to buy back share muz first get shareholder approval. Just a mandate only lar....maybe never will buy back one.... Hehe
