In Malaysia, anything related to water is governed by SPAN, aka Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara or National Water Services Commission. That include drainage and sewage. 

As mentioned when it comes to sewerage products the quality control is more stringent because you are dealing with all kinds of chemical discharge from household, commercial to industrial that has a higher potential of corroding the pipes.

In SPAN website, there are only 7 companies that are listed as Category A sewerage suppliers under Reinforced Concrete Pipes and OKA is one of them.

吉隆坡18日訊）晉緯控股（CHINWEL，5007，主板工業股）越南子公司廢料處理疑出現問題，而遭越南政府調查。

越南報章引述總理辦公室消息指出，越南總理阮春福指示同奈省政府調查，根據台塑河靜有限公司工業園區內，由晉緯扣件（CHIN WELL FASTENERS）公司負責的廢料處理。

該報導也說，越南當局發現晉緯扣件的廢料處理管在未經處理的情況下直接排水。而數百萬公噸的廢料也被發現埋在該工業園區內。同時，報導也援引省級部門稱，晉緯扣件已將廢料運至其他地區。惟，針對上述消息，晉緯扣件並未立即作出回應。

據晉緯控股2015年財報顯示，晉緯扣件是晉緯控股在越南的子公司，持股60%，另40%股權為晉緯控股獨資子公司--Asia Angel控股所持有。

老koonOTB 买上来的股，过去股价低估已成为正常现象，因为老板赚钱，赚大钱，都不关其他小股东权益，老板薪酬花红给高高，公司用车豪车每年换，老板就是不拿公司的钱来派息，或者随便施舍几分钱，意思意思。

这是我发现，老koonOTB 的股，过去几乎全部不派息，或者少到可怜，除了有一只是例外的Liihen, 这些不派息的公司，不入流。

很多名嘴出来唱好的骗术，就是这样讲，过去低估值现在被市场重新认识，估值水平应该提高，业绩表现出色，所以放心购买，就算老koonOTB不在了，股价还有很多人会买。

这样股票业绩表现出色，但是有个非常重要的是，老板都赚钱不派息，或者是股息可有可无，才会令市场不买账，股价不能大涨，股票估值水平一直以来都很低，不受市场欢迎。

这些所谓好股几年来都是低估值，股价涨跌幅度不大，老板推推几天就套利下来，所以估值保持着低水平。

那为何现在股价虎虎生威，过去半年或一年来一直涨上去，背后就是有超级大户如老koon， 再加上OTB 在哪里刻意推上去，以及*互惠互利*的bloggers也跟随买了，然后满街去唱好。

老koonOTB这样人，都不是巴菲特或是冷眼，可以长期持股，特别是老koon,这里才叫买，转身就卖出去跑票，过后股价背后隐藏强势买盘消失，股价又会逐步下来，不过下跌趋势很缓慢，不能打草惊蛇。
