Why circular on bonus is delayed til september?

I wanted to add at RM2.11 but held back becauz coy said it will issue circular only in september... Too much delay.. normally bonus very straight forward, dont know why take so long

Devt land cannot revalue cuz this will reduce profit when land is developed for sales... But if land is cheap we know future profit will be good.

Faber acq frm its parent circular just out. The purchase consideration will be part csh and part shares. Price of shares were at RM2. Will this affect the faber share price? UEM shareholding will increase to >70% from 34%... Will tabung haji agree since its shareholding drop from 12% to 6%? Interesting to watch the price action on faber next week.

Another counter I look on with suspicion is karex... I am wary of companies esp newly listed co tht spend too much time and resouce on corporate exercise to churn stock price rather than manning the biz

The excesses of Dsonic is a pronouncement on the ruling government's crony policies... How can a nobody company be given contracts with such fat margins? Essntially tax payers are the ones fueling Dsonic's run. Sad to say, I doubt anyone would be any wiser the next time around.

If I am not wrong, bursa automaticall adjust the last traded price by deducting the RM2.50 dividend. If no action on hdbs, the ex-div price for hdbs will be RM2 on ex-date. It can go below, or higher than RM2, depend on market force loh.

This counter not laku?? After ex-div assume price drop to RM2, still a steal since net assets after disposal of IB n other assets wld be close to RM2.80. If drop more, maybe I collect abit more lah.

Since share price shot up so much recently, maybe there wll be another esos fair value adjustment? Although long term investors need not worry since this is non-cash and just accounting mumbo-jumbo.

I am not worried about hdbs, their shareholders will not let the company hibernate with RM1 bil cashpile.. Share price spiked up to 4.80 yestereday but down to 4.45. Only bought 5 lots.. maybe add more? What say u gark?
