It is market sentiment on Oil price that is doing the trick.
Once market is convinced that Oil will not fall back below $55 and will up and stay anove $60, Knm will rocket up!

The plunge in Wti crude was the scariest from end Jan to early Mar, from $55 to $43.
This period knm price jumps from 0.58 to 0.78 before it plunges to 0.625 as that time oil price was forcasted to break $40 and then to $30.
But then oil makes U turn and up consecutively for 8 weeks to peak of $62 then consolidate to now $59 and during this period Knm consolidate to now 0.645, up only 2ct from 0.625.
So u see when oil is going thru its scariest dive of $12 ($55-$43), Knm still can manage a climb of 20 cts. But surprisingly when oil do the reverse bounce up of $16 ($59-$43), Knm only climbs 2 cts.
There is more to climb!

Today is test bottom. Next week then goreng time.
Bottom at 1.51 or 1.50 .
Can't be below 1.50, no real seller that price when offer @ 1.55

If really no confidence in Perisai but still likes O&G, can switch to Knm or Armada

Actually only Maybank give a lower TP than its current price of 0.54 .
Other analysts though lower TP but revised TP still higher than mkt price.
Need not over worry if u r holding for mid/long term. Last qtr result though not good but is expected. Company still making money and oil price outlook still healthy. If WTI can climb and stay above $60, a strong turnaround for Perisai is just months ahead.

Once Wti Oil goes above $60 and stay there, u will see analysts revises up their target price as many shelved projects become viable again

The target price ranges from lowest 0.83 to highest 1.15.
At current price of 0.64, there is potential of >20% gain even at the lowest target 0.83

The price calls from different analysts for the past six months (from Nov '14) are all "BUY".
If u are buying for mid-long term, I think u cant be wrong, though for short term is hard to say
