Seriously just not too sure what are the agenda for those investors keep on emphasize on bad things about Awang. Just because of selling his Serba share and reduce his stake to 2%? Also emerge as shareholder at Sealink and sold it off? Anyone of you know the exact story behind? Looks like Awang himself only know.
Let start with Serba, everyone is super bullish with the contract that won by the company. But somehow because of Awang keep on cash out and share price didn’t uptrend as per what been aiming by investors..
Let’s be realistic, anyone of you been follow up closely what are the contracts been won by Serba? Originally, they are more focusing on O&M servicing for O&G. Somehow start to have contract for EPCC, ICT and etc.
Based on my own research, Serba itself don’t have such capability. In order to complete those projects, Like it or not, either you got to go pass it to sub-con or you already have your group of readily technical people.
With that, Karim start to diversify to Kpower and SCIB. While Awang diversify to Minetech and IStone. Based on company profile, you can clearly see that all of them have different expertise as per below:
1.KPower – Renewable Energy & Transportation
2.SCIB - Concrete products manufactured or Industrialized Building System (IBS)
3.Minetech – Mining, solar farm operator businesses and production for Quarry products
4.IStone - Designs, manufactures, and modifies specialized automation machines used in automating manufacturing processes

Do believe with such group of connection, it will benefit all the company which under the cycle.
Also, what been observed, Karim invested on KPower and SCIB when the share price at range of 0.2. Believe it or not, those are my own observation and 20 cents thinking.

maxprofit2020 @ chief999, the operator can be a shark who want to earn big. Not necessary IBs but IB may participate.

I take Jan 21st to Jan 29th as example :

Jan 21st = volume 56M, all the way buy up from 1.33 to 1.46
Jan 22nd = volume 81M, all the way buy up from 1.48 to 1.59

Jan 28th = volume 108M, only buy at 1.72 to push up the opening (gap up) & create positive momentum, once retailers all Q in to buy 1.8x to 1.9x, start release stock from 1.93 to 1.86 slowly.

Jan 29th = volume 69M, continue slowly sell from 1.87 until fully released stock accum. from Jan 21st & Jan 22nd, retailers who bought low will follow to take profit at 1.8x to 1.7x.

Jan 30th onwards : price & volume start to reduce to normal range due to retailers taking profits.
Price correct back from 1.8x to 1.5x (up to Feb 20th).

It is important to take profits timely once the price gap up as next will be a correction.

the shares are constantly moving manipulated by the big guys with huge funds and enormous greedy appetites.
so when buying shares,do keep this important point in your mind.

it is futile to attack or accuse others when they post their findings on the shares . it is the buyers or sellers themselves who must evaluate these postings and make their own calculated moves to buy or sell .
it is this evaluation and assessment that will give you strong heart beats and build up your immunity against loss and enhance your profits

I visited the other NFCP forums like OPCOM,BINACOM, REDTONE and I was struck by the friendly atmosphere there.

almost every post is relevant to the stock of that forum, urging each other and encouraging each other to trade carefully

in contrast , in this Netx forum, there are so many negative comments all wanting the stock to kaput.
so many poison arrows , so many burning arrows flying around, aiming and attacking this stock and those who hold it, especially Calvin .

these arrows will boomerang round and will definitely hit those who give out such bad and negative vibes.

life is full of irony , full of the unexpected, full of surprises.
in BOLEHLAND, a 6 or 7 sen stock can rise to 46 sen in a few months. that is KNM for you .

so don't discount the possibility of a 2 sen stock moving to 8 sen in the next few months

only comment on KNM is that it is highly disappointingly.
if the drop continues, 30 sen is very possible.
