The BJCorp result on Wall Street Journal is corrected already, EPS=0.18, Shares Outstanding=4.33B, Public Float=2.15B, Yield=5.00%(07/13/15), Latest Dividend=RM0.01(12/0/14), P/E Ratio(TTM)=2.28(07/13/15), is good indicator to buy in.

Total have 4,331,768,408 or 4330M share, transaction only few M per day, at lease 15M lah, if everyday 1M waiting to sell and 1M waiting to Buy. when can goreng up, to slow already, put more money lah.

For a small share holder, I hope this coming AGM, VT can bring out what is the plan to increase oversea investor come back, with NTA=RM1.50 and with EPS RM0.10. or more.

I don't things VT aim us this small fish, oversea fund is continue selling this share since 2011,

During 2014 annual report 30 major share holder only have 4 is oversea fund, sum of oversea fund from 2011 is 1350M share or 32.31% drop to 2014 363M share or 8.75%, after one year 2014 Jun to 2015 Jun, I think all quit already, I am waiting 2015 annual report.

2014 finance result is loss, 2015Q1,2,3 is good, but a lot of people see the 2014 negative then no more study, 2015Q3 is good, but 2015Q4 someone know that BJLand will marking big loss then presell this share, 2015 whole year result is good, if 2016Q1 announce in Sep month end is positive, the 1% announce at Oct 2015, this share will have opportunity. VT increase it is signal.

It let me surprise, I estimate VT only have control 35% of BJCorp, but on 9th July announced that VT direct have BJCorp 997,300,000 or 24.03%; Indirect/deemed interest 1,005,944,632 or 24.24%, Total 2,003,244,632 or 46.24%;
It let me more confident on this share. Waiting Sep 2015 announce and AGM result, RM0.40 share have RM0.01 dividend is enough for me. sell away Genting share and continue collect more on this.

Redtone NTA RM0.291 and purchase at RM0.80 also is a bomb for me.

BJLand RM400M loss mean contribute to BJCorp a lot also, but not mean will reflect on this quarter, may on next quarter, I will quit when coming three month have good price.
BJCorp will have good result this financial year, other like Berjaya Philippines Inc. have too much risk.

Redtone announce 2015Q3 have profit of RM0.0061, if consider 4Q = RM0.0061 x 4 = RM0.0244, PE=RM0.80/RM0.0244=33, is litter bit high. need to monitor closely what project they want to come out and the result. when they can give profit of RM0.08 or RM40M above per year

Thank ngblg, you know what I worry, that mean not 100% have difference of RM0.509 as intangible assets, depend on the new equipment, I read the star newspaper today found that redtone is doing not normal communication businese, the whole ideal for redtone is good, if can intergrate the medical equipment, consider is new ideal and new businese.

Normally put into account is buy in price or real asset price? this transaction account already over?

Suddenly afraid this share, if BJCorp buy in Redtone at RM0.50 and Redtone NTA is only RM0.291, how it impact on BJCorp account, next quarter is litter bit..... unknown.

The lacklustre share price performance of BJCorp currently, I have some point to say

One share price going up mainly have few stage.
1st Have earning, ( this few quarter better then 2010, we don’t see 2014Q3 )
2nd Have some small investor interested in, ( like current us now )
3rd Have local fund notice and do some research;
4th Have Oversea fund or gorverment fund notice and do some research;
5th Do some big project;
6th Pasar Aunty buy it;
7th Big project make money, continue goreng;
8th If big project fail, Big shareholder and Fund release, small share holder still continue accumulate and believe it is undervalue;
9th Company try to rebuild back company image for those lost.

For my opinion big share fund like foreign investor already release from 30% to 9%, around 1000M units share ( from 2010 until 2014 annual report) , our transaction only less then 20M per day ( 0.5% of total 4000M) , that mean near to 8th starge end.

I can see that BJCorp dispose of some “have value, not much profit but undervalue company”, this will reduce the group revenue and operation profit;

But this activity will revalue and polish back the company imaging;

I believe a lot of people buy share is start from 3rd stage or 4th stage, is still OK, but we must smart enough to start from stage 1.

The ex date for BJCorp CS on 5th May. is it some one push down? but exercise price is RM0.60. no need. mainly should Redtone issue.

Drop below my bottom line. need monitor closely. I know sure cannot take over redtone. but may be some body expect of it. need to call CIMB borrow litter money buy in around RM0.435.

Tan Sri Dr Chen Lip Keong 2013 have 43.90%, 30 Major share holder have 54.4% (Annual Report p.112), 2014 have 68.40%, 51.32% ( Annual Report pg.113);
Making Loss, Market Value only RM404M, seem expansive already.Biosis only RM12M, easy to buy over.

The 2015Q3 result is good, but cash flow not increase, so give extra is vary less opportunity.

(1) NTA=RM1.60
(2) Every year Dec give RM0.01 dividend;
(3) Goreng Smell big;
(4) Can touch 10 most active share

During this period of time, I know more in warrant, and get information from some place, loss few thousand OK lah, I want to see until the end of year.

BJCopr-WA is a good indicator, expire date 22/04/2022, conversion price is RM1.00, need to more monitoring the annual report and it oversea company situation.

Jun end will announce 2014Q4 result or 2014 yearly result, at that time I can read Annual Report and get more information, may can do more decision；BJCorp-CV will expire soon, so the BJCorp can touch RM0.45+RM0.15 = RM0.60 or not? If not, the BJCorp-CV by MCSM 35,000,000 units investor how to do? How many in the big fish hand?

Sep end will announce 2015Q1 result, the Berjaya Philippines is what I unknow the impact, continue or not continue?

Oct 2015 normally will announce give 1% of dividend; cannot give more due to 2014Q3 profit a lot but cash not much increase, the cash need to buy redtone, but RM0.01 is RM0.01/RM0.47 x 100% annual is equal to 2.1%, consider OK.

Dec end announce 2015Q2 result. Near to the end of BJCorp call warrant, first is BJCorp-CT at 13th of Nov, by RHB 40,000,000 units (If not reach RM0.48+RM0.15=RM0.63 ), second is BJCorp-CW at 9th Dec, by also RHB 40,000,000 units (If not reach RM0.49+RM0.15=RM0.64 ), last is BJCorp-CU at 31th Dec, by CIMB 50,000,000 units. (If not reach RM0.43+RM0.15=RM0.58 ),

So, how they make money from call warrant is need to study, issue price is RM0.15.

Apr 2015 expect stable around RM0.46 up (RM0.46-RM0.435)/RM0.435 = 5.7%
This share every month up 5% above.

Just a bidding process, Genting also a lot every where, if lose in bidding, the cost of spending will one time coming out ( Wah Lao, 2013 until now, all manager and director entertainment fee sure a lot), May be BJCorp need to announce charge out one big cost of lose coming financial quarter.

The number 30 largest shareholder ( Annual Report pg.266) have 21M share, that mean not much people is locking this share, If let this share drop to RM0.35, RM1500M share to buy BJCorp is consider cheap.
May be someone can propose look for bank announce voluntarily conditional offer;
From annual report 30 major shareholder, VT have 879,985,251 units (21.20%) and Hotel Resort have 478,175,000(11.52%), mostly is pledged account, mean borrow money need pay interest to bank, not much cash in hand.

Trading volume = 8,825,600 today, is consider less. every minute have few million waiting for sell and few million waiting for buy, the price is lock by big fish, that mean waiting them to goreng, buy share also waiting people goreng mah, Market value = RM2B, are they dare to push it down until RM500M or RM0.15 below?
According to 2014 Annual report pg.266, more then 100,000 units have 91% 1641 shareholder, but a lot is repeat, some of the have few account, so, this share need more people goreng.

I don’t buy car more the RM30K, but I know Mazda have a lot of good car like MX-5, In Tailand have a vary advance diesel car;

I afraid go starbuck, expensive, but a lot of young guy is there, Starbucks in Genting need to queue to purchase, one cup coffee need more then RM10/=, buy a Starbucks card charge in RM20/= to purchase one cup coffee, just one time, this card deposite will give extra deposite to the company like bank without pay interest;

Berjaya have a lot of resort which is very expensive not willing to stay, like Pangkor Laut Resort ( at least have one island resort ), I went to see Bukit Tinggi, I cannot beleive the whole mountain belong to Berjaya, if in China, can easy develop;

I like Toto, it give me a dream, a hope, I try to purchase every draw day, last time buy Mega, but no more now, change to purchase Power, Toto have advantage is have a machine to match all what I purchase.
