RE: REQUEST FOR ISSUING FREE WARRANTS (5 years duration) AT RATIO 1 FOR 4 TO SHAREHOLDERS

Dear Sir,

Mi (5286), the first ever electronic-based technological stock that was listed straight on the main board in the history of Bursa on 20 June 2018, and our research data has indicated that " A STAR IS RISING ".

On completion of first factory in Bayan Lepas , and pending completion of second factory in Batu Kawan , with the introduction of Robotics and Precision Fabrication Engineering within the group, Mi is expected to grow robustly through possible M&A or organically in next 5 years.

Under the strong and effective leadership with past track records of CEO Mr Oh Kuang Eng, Mi is possibly and likely to be evolved into an entity that is equivalent to " Mi (5286) = Vitrox (0097)＋ UWC (5292) " within next 5 years.

Therefore , it is strategically perfect at this very right timing (start heading towards growth with robust growing rate ) for management to reward existing loyal staffs (who are also shareholders ) and pioneer shareholders by issuing free warrants ( 5 years duration is needed ,in order to provide them sufficient time for wealth accumulation without any upfront funding required) to them ,and in order to avoid causing possible heavy dilution on institutional shareholdings (many of them need to dispose off on receiving it due to available restrictions stated in their fund deeds) , issuing at a ratio of 1 for 4 is ideal, as all parties' benefits are being taken care of accordingly 。

TP 3.0 by year end is intact

cytew (2.50-2.14) x 0.618+ 2.14=2.362

(2.50-2.14) x 1.618+2.14=2.722

Since yesterday it closed at 2.37, means Mi has entered into bull region again , pending its Q 3 results and bonus issue, it is likely to hit 2.72 in coming weeks when its trading surges again...

Technically , it comes back again at Bull Bull Bull region (牛牛牛区) at 2.37 and above, the next tp is at 2.72/2.73 region based on Law of nature (Fibonacci principle)

3 mother shares give 2 mother shares,meaning 3 mother shares will become 5 mother shares

The adjusted exercise price is (1.25x 3)/5=0.75

No one said Mi is producing burnt-in equipment, it was mentioned here because someone has asked about it...

Currently, the exercise price of warrant is 1.25 , after ex bonus , the exercise price of warrant would be adjusted to 0.75 or 75 sen instead of RM 1.25...

Means after this bonus exercise , you will take 1 warrant +75 sen and convert it to 1 mother share..Before bonus is 1 warrant +RM 1.25 to convert it to 1 mother share

Jt18, I think warrant holders will get their bonus warrants before Christmas..

The EGM would be on 2 December immediately after conclusion of AGM on the same day

Ji18, warrant will get bonus warrant at same ratio as mother share....And its exercise price would be adjusted down to 75 sen accordingly

Last time most burnt in oven was using logic controller to monitor its temperature and time, currently they are using computer to do the job, beside monitoring , at the same time they collect data as on device failures during burnt in reliability tests...Kesm is providing this type of burnt in services..

Warrant first (this year) , next year only issue bonus mother share, like what had happened in Revenue , shareholders get 2 times free warrants within 2 years....As Revenue management had adopted my suggestions to them...Now it becomes best performed Bursa IPO counter in recent years...

Monetary, at wafer level, all pallets or dies are mostly in rectangular shapes...Up grading should be on sorting speed, during early 80s , pallet or dies sorting was done manually by human operator under magnifying glass

I am a chartered Electronic Engineer , had been working in semiconductor factory in early 80s...I know well what is wafer, pallet or dies ...The terms used in semiconductor industry..Therefore I know what is Vitrox, Mi, Aemulus and Penta are doing... During early 80s, all electronic test , inspection equipments were produced by Japanese, European and Americans only...Now Malaysians are producing them...

We "108 investing groups" are happy and proud to be associated with Revenue group since before its listing on 18 July 2018, and we are very grateful to the management for adoption of our suggestion ,pending its anticipated robust growth rate within next couple of years, by issuing free warrant at early listing stage , and now the bonus issue..So shareholders especially the retailers , they are able to receive free warrants in 2 occasions within 2 years..What a wonderful scheduled flows of event..哈哈哈！有高人指点就是不同啊！

With all collected data , analysis and extrapolation, i found Mi is likely to overtake Vitrox within next 5 years with anticipated robust growth rate , I wrote a letter to Mi management in September to request for free bonus warrants to shareholders in a ratio of 1 for 4, but disappointedly is that the management had opted for bonus issue at a ratio of 1 for 2 instead, following was my letter to them in September through AR registered mail , the answer returned indicated that the letter had reach them on 13 September 2019..

(2.50-1.77) x 0.618+1.77=2.221

Middle wheel,

(2.50-1.94) x 0.618+1.94=2.286

Small wheel ,

(2.50-2.14) x 0.618+2.14=2.362

From the above computed data based on Fibonacci Principle, currently Mi is at Bull-Bull-Bull region, it will rise to another new high on coming weeks if trading volume surge...And the target price of next surge as follows ;

(2.50-2.14) x 1.618+2.14=2.72

the pyramid corner is at 2.73

Mi is currently at short term bull-bull region as the Fibonacci principle has determined it....Mathematical calculation as below...

Small wheel bull region (小轮牛区)
2.14 and above
(2.25-1.94 ) x 0.618+1.94=2.1316

Big wheel bull region (大轮牛区)
2.07 above
(2.25-1.77) x 0.618+1.77=2.0666

#Interpretation (解读)
Since it is at bull region for both Big and Small wheels, meaning it is at bull -bull region

#Expectations
It is likely to hit new high (above 2.25) once the trading volume surge in coming weeks....

Forget about this company, it is no longer prospective due to its poor business model and weak management..

This stock performance was jeopardized by "bit traders " in this efficient market, provided the management undertake shares consolidation soon, otherwise its share price that was pushed up by operator yesterday might be jeopardized again when operator has left...

#Myscm (0041) corporate exercise offers 1 for 5 right issue of ordinary share at 25 sen per share attached with 3 free warrants with 5 years duration and exercise price of 25 sen, and also offer 3 for 1 right issue of ICPS with nominal value of 5 sen each , with conversion price of 20 sen, and conversion options are 4 ICPS or 1 ICPS+15 sen cash to 1 ordinary share within 5 years from the day of issuing.

#Mi (5286) is expected to stay above RM 2.0 within next couple of weeks and moving up towards RM 3.0 by year end since market expectation of "negative growth " did not materialize in first half of 2019, and the management has been hinting in Q 2 reports that second half of 2019 could be better if it is not dragged towards 2020...。

we are anticipating that ,"Smart fund managers " would be started accumulating back those shares which they had been throwing them into open market during last couple of months in anticipation of negative growth of Mi in 2019.

Due to availability of Internet services, market becomes very efficient nowadays, and flooded with all kinds of "bit traders" , many of them prefer to trade penny stocks with good fundamentals (lower risk), therefore "intentionally created penny stocks like Istone and Mestron" were actually inviting trouble for themselves, during down trend market situation ," bit traders" were trained to protect their capitals by selling down their stocks regardless of their fundamentals, that in turn causes disastrous effect on all penny stocks.. Anyway, we will approach Istone management to rectify the shares structure if it falls below IPO price of 16 sen.

#ISTONE (0209) :
IPO price is 16 sen per share.

Fundamentally, ISTONE (0209) is as good and strong as #Greatec (0208) and #UMC (5292) , and making its debut on 17 July 2019 with opening transacted price of 25 sen , hits an intraday high of 27.5 sen, and closed at 23.5 sen. However , after 12 trading days, it hits a new intraday low of 17.5 sen and closed at 18 sen on 2 August 2019。

WHAT ACTUALLY HAD GONE WRONG ?

Below is a 3 dimensional numerical and technical analysis based on the the following theories and principles ;

(1) Fibonacci Principle
(2) WD Gann Square of Nine
(3) Cause/Effect Principle

#istone has made its debut with strong opening price of 25 sen ,and hits an intraday high of 27.5 sen on 17 July 2019 ,and also hits an intraday low of 17.5 sen and closed at 18 sen on 2 August 2019 。Todate ,as on 2 August 2019, cumulative weighted average traded price is about 23.15 sen , and total cumulative traded volume is about 915.9 million units 。

The followings are calculated resistance/support points based on Fibonacci Principle ;

Highest price was 27.5 sen (阳), and lowest price was 17.5 (阴) 。

(27.5-17.5) x 0.382+17.5=21.32

Along the price movement path, strong support (pyramid corner－pc) and minor support (mid point-mp) points are as follows; 25(pc), 23(mp), 21(pc), 19(mp), 17 (pc ).

From the above available data to date , cumulative weighted average traded price is 23.15 sen, while computed fibonacci 38.2% is 21.32, that actually has indicated #istone to break its next strong pyramid corner support at 17 sen is imminent..。
