You got to be kidding us, right? Pbb become trillion dollar co? We are in a deflation world, not inflation. Have you ever asked yourself why the world went crazy printing so much money but no hyper inflation?

The other problem with newbie is they dont understand how big PBB is. PBB is huge, RM80B. Can an RM80B company becomes RM160 in 10 years time? Unlikely. If PBB market cap cannot double, this mean the money you invested also cannot double, if we exclude dividends.

Better find small cap or mid cap company to invest, better chances of a multibagger. 10X the market value if you found the right company.

Anyone any idea or suggestion which company can be a multibagger?

The other problem I noticed with new retail investor is they buy shares like going pasar malam. For them, Maybank is better bank because it is RM8, and CIMB is not so good because it is RM3, PBB is the best because it is RM20.

I talked to a few new retail investor friends of mine and that is how they think. The stock price is like the price tag of an item, higher = higher value and quality.

Sometimes I think all new retail investor needs to sit some basic exam for them to open an account.

My new retail investor think Bonus is like the bonus in the office work place. They bonus means suddenly get X2 or X3 or X4 free stocks of whatever the bonus issue is. They think if they have RM10K worth of PBB stock, after bonus, they get RM20K depending on the bonus... like free money, so many rushed to buy, which is what happened when TG announced Bonus and all went crazy banana thinking their money will suddenly double or triple.

Goodlord, use commonsense also know this is not logic. Like this I set up my own company, get it listed, and then issue 1:100000000000 bonus and tomorrow I before richest man on this galaxy.

does all the new investor knows what is a bonus? it doesnt even make any sense to rush and buy when bonus is issued. If you invested RM10K before bonus, if the stock price remains the same, your total value after bonus is still RM10K. chase what?

Last month I already say glove party over, time to buy O&G and Tourism counter. But some people die die also dont believe.

From your message, I can see that you just open a broker account this year and bought glove during the peak. Market is always forward looking. There is no conspiracy or manipulation, market is too big to be manipulated. Look at Tan Sri, he kept on doing SBB, isn't he trying to 'manipulate' the price? What is the end result? he can't even push the price up, why? TG is too big for him to manipulate.

Simply put it, now everyone enter tourism and O&G, and when 2nd or 3rd QR some of these companies do not perform, their stock price will drop too. That is how the market works. The good O&G and Tourism that managed to make money in the future will see their share price goes up, it is simple like this.

Why glove drop? I've already explained, in 1 or 2 years time, they will start losing money. Too many competitors.
