Friesland campina being the largest shareholder focuses on dividend payouts and would maximise that. Retained earnings in DL has been building up over the pass few years as they have been paying less dividend in order to fund the new factory at Enstek. So now in its final year , dividends will start flowing again and that should be the consideration is setting a target price.

If they can profit RM150m (which is a possibility) and pays our a dividend of RM2 ( RM128 million payout). Yield it back at 2.5% will give a share price of RM80 . Even at 3% its a RM57 share price. At current prices, its a long way to go.

FFB should focus. They diversify way too much ,etc 2 ice cream brands , way too many milk brands.. margins may be fatter... but too diversified may also result in lower efficiency.

question is who is buying ?

EPF no longer substantial shareholder. Wont be able to tell anymore how much they are selling. But I suspect there is too much at stake given their average acquisition is at RM0.66 per share ( As per Bloomberg)

Agree with the dividend. Even with token dividends, its not as bad as an inconsistent payout. A telco tower business is more or less with a guaranteed cashflow. No reason why they cant pay "Some" dividends.

@jackjason I checked on the previous years and it is a recurring expense. Reading it carefully, the insurance coverage is RM10 million with the premium being RM 11,685. Not that the company paid RM10 million.

@cescloh1995 , not related to OCK. I am trying to illustrate OCK's valuation given the latest Tower transacted price.

Based on edotco's latest acquisition of the Phillipines towers at USD270k tower would put OCK's value at more than RM5 Billion. Even if I give an 80% discount (arbitrary) to the tower value, OCK should still be worth at least RM1 billion which is about RM1.xx per share... So i still dont understand why the market under values the stock

OCK didnt bid for any LSS4 projects ? Did not see their name in the award list.

every other day there is some write up on Jendela... however, all this news doesnt seem to move the stock.. i wonder why ? Are the projects going to other companies ?

there is some syndicate trying to suppress the stock. No reason for ppl to be selling at this price. I wonder if they are doing it to prepare for a big jump , or they are doing this on purpose so that the warrants expires. If the latter, expect the stock price to be around this level till year end.

OCK seems to be in a very similar position and i think the price would start to climb in the next 2 months as the Q2 2020 results would be good when it release in end August. Gut feel.
