Especially so, CIMB says that the said small cap company Vivocom might make an announcement on the matter by as early as March 16.

Cimb values Vivocom, China Railway Construction Co Ltd's inhouse builder at 72 sen a share.

Vivocom was last traded at 23 sen, just some two sen above the cost price purchassed by a fund manager who was once very closely linked to Ananda Krishnan, the country's second richest man.

Heard that hongkong investor is very positive. If hongkong investor start to but in, the stock price will rise in big momentum.

Dont bother about maybank target, source said that vivocom should be able to achieve 35-40 millions profit this year, so rm 0.40 is my personal target.
