If the sstatement of cf was the victim of force selling by bank, then it implies :

1)He can always utilize the internal cash (kalau masih ada), to sbb up to 10percetage as approved by the shareholders. The problem is he dun believe csl with that value rm0.20.. .

2) no money until bank force selling?? Then do u think the 1B cash masih ada...bau pun boh lioa!

If I were him..n in genuine scenario. .Although I want to woo in the strategic partner but not :

1. At the price ranges 3 times lower than the cash per share; not to mention the enterprise value of csl after putting hard work ...
2. Not hiding the name of the strategic partners as they must be carrying goodwill. Afterall, csl no need their capital. . $$$..

I think the interview session should ask him why not sbb at current price ranges when the cash per share is far exceeded the price..dun he think for the sake of small shareholders. .he should sbb!

He will not make any new investment ..be it in malaysia or elsewhere..bo cash lioa..afterall..he is technically no longer a controlling shareholder..why he want to scratch his head for growing the business!

1. His stake in csl is less than 24% by now...no longer a definite controlling shareholder. He had confirmed dispose his share below rm0.30 to rm0.198.. so the key question to probr is is logic to dispose share at price 3 times lower than the cash n loss the controlling interest simultaneously in order to woo in strategic partner? Can we still believe him ? To me..0 trust !

2. Who are the 2 strategic partners...until now no disclosure to the market?? Is it sound logic to you..? I suspect he had disposed his share via open market. ..that explained the high volume for the price ranges fr rm0.35-rm0.19

Would u sell yr share at price rm0.205-rm0.27 which is much lower than the cash per share; let say at rm0.90? And yr are the controlling shareholder that can explore many optipns for unlock the cash in the company???

4057....i oledi highlited in this forum.......you could check......i got 9KK units at rm0.17....

i used the fund from csl and dump in hexza corporation and made 15% return + 4% dividend....and recycle for 4057 ........much more exciting than still keeping csl.....

I sold the share and had made much more via 4057 asiapac which was at rm0.17....
