They have the prerogative in making decision as long as not violating any criminal laws.

Hence, the quality, integrity and track record of management is no 1 priority in equity selection. If should be done prior to you inject the $$; not after the investment and tries to salvage and force the controlling shareholder to compliance to yr requirement.
