Gas malaysia.. what is gas malaysia.. gas malaysia is a HALAL cash cow.. with potential for growth.. also petgas is very expensive.. one can say that gas malaysia is a utility provider or whatever is fine.. however the key is HALAL business.. that means all the islamic funds in town will be eyeing this stock for this characteristic.. and that alone.. and in the mutual fund business the cash keeps flowing into islamic funds.. i personally love islamic mutual funds.. i keep pumping money into there..the reason why many retail investors are takut of this stock is because they feel this stock is political..so that being said.. retail investor shy away from this stock.. but wait a second.. for how long.. with its dividend yield and its future prospects for getting onto the funds portfolios.. how long.. that is why you see gas malaysia out of no where just shoots up.. that is a typical sign of mutual fund accumulation.. also among the utility providers.. they give the best dividend ever if they were to decrease it next year.. and who would not like a business that is like this.. that is my story about gas malaysia..

PURE PLANTATION play now.. that means.. next time foreign investors come into malaysia for a commodity play.. KULIM will be on their radar.. so remember.. KULIM is a good stock medium to long term.. NO doubt about that.. just wait for the weak dividend lovers to leave this stock and its true value will be there.. its cheap now.. for future potential earnings.. because we have to remember that palm oil goes up and down very fast.. so dont be worried about owning KULIM.. its probably one of the best counters to own.. so relax... if goes down.. buy more..this is MY OPINION..

UEMLand is a stock involved with iskandar.. it had great prospects.. however it has already risen.. now it is a bit high.. if you mean the sense that it will rise due to some political reason.. then maybe.. but again there are many stocks in the market that can perform better with better backing.. if you are interested in investing in property counters. i recommend... UAODEV Paramon DAIMAN and reits.. these rest maybe mrcb and tebrau teguh.. so UEMLand maybe for a quick ride but for a medium to long term investment with potential returns like dividends. i would think otherwise..
