As a property developer, it is always need to reserve some money to develop more housing project.

RM 2.0 should be no problem, depend your holding power. Since almost major shareholders has sold their shares, now market only left our minor shareholder's shares, so now these Focal shares will be very less in market, and make the focal share price become precious and valueble.
