lloydlim, yes, it's in the annual report. Not only that, Hohup's and Formis' too.

lloydlim, Insas's quarterly results are quite erratic previously with Q3 and Q4 softening. But now M&A Securities is doing well (and possibly a real M&A with TA Securities in the pipeline) so the stream of income is quite stable. It's safe to forecast an annualised PAT of 120m for FY14. Because it's a holding company, a PE of 10 is reasonable in a 'not-so-hot' market. So on that basis, my TP is 1.73.

My TP excludes Hohup's rejuvenation & Melium's listing and its various IT-related ventures. So, essentially, it could be higher.

Latitude, Insas is principally an investment holding company. That's why cash-flow is not "exciting". That's why revenue 72.494m, PAT 59.4m. That's a net margin of almost 82%!

I think it's a big mistake if one expects share price to outperform the growth of a company all the time. In the short term, you'll see gyrations of prices. In the long term, you grow with the company. Not many companies in Malaysia will you be able to do that. Inari is one.
