chong5126, I didn't say 1.2 dividend. Somewhat else did, I just say that Inari has a trend of paying quarterly dividends. I don't play, act or be god. But going by your definition of god, then the Inari bosses are all Gods!

did u guys see how much of support at 1.30 - 1.32 ? The buyers definitely don't look like small fry. Conspiracy theory suggests, since Insas has caught up with Inari, any good results from Inari next few days will propel all collectively. So, sit tight, buckle up, and enjoy the show.

Confucius is right too, but stocks are not falling knives. So when stocks bounce back, you catch rising knives? Lol. Btw, Confucius never invested like Buffet did. So to be fair, they are both correct in their domains.

agree with cruger12345, only warrants. mother shares increased to 165m from 150m. why convert the warrants when it's almost parity? just sell it and buy mother share, then get dividend. also, it won't dilute dividend. again 35m shares from him was done under Direct Business Transaction, meaning it's somewhere out there.

Disposal of warrants by Thong is a herring in disguise. Note that most of his disposal is warrants. He collectively owned around 70m warrants at the start, now down to 32.9m(as at to date). Note also that there are 35m warrants traded under DBT, meaning it's parked elsewhere. So, effectively, he didn't sell any.
On the other hand, his mother share holdings increased from 150m to 165m shares since 12th August 2013. That's 10%. Officially, he bought 8m from Avago, while the rests went to other investors.
Also, up-to-date, total warrants converted to mother is 12.95m shares (that's more than 6% after just 5 months). Speaks volume of the confidence in the stock and dividend expectations.
It's very obvious this quarter's result will be a bumper (although we must note that Q1 for them is traditionally softer) from the increase of his shareholding. Possibly higher dividends expected.
On the transfer to Main Board, if they qualify quantitatively and qualitatively, there is no reason why SC will reject. It's just a matter of time now.
Business wise, more new smartphone models are launched or will be launched in these coming quarters and we are going into the holiday season where traditionally, sales will pick up. Avago has a TP of 53.00 by Nomura (currently 45.37).
The only risk going forward is Amertron. But with the previous CEO Richard is on the board and has not liquidated any shares so I'm expecting good results from that stream too.
Won't be expecting anything from Ceedtec though anything that comes in will be a bonus.
Optimistic and will accumulate more.

RM125mil in cash. NAV of 0.43 per share. This counter is a bargain. Latest rumour is that it's a takeover target. Possible GO.

Cash at 118m, NAV at 0.43/share. This stock is dirt cheap. I think it could be a possible takeover target in the future
