Do not forget that delays and expenditures readjustment are already happening so even more cash raised will just be depressing enough for such company to manage. Continuous PP is going to erode shareholders' values and this is not a good thing if u are owner of the company.

Before anyone retaliate, pls use ur head and think! So many mega projects and jobs awarded but none are completed, how do such a company manage its cashflow? Too many projects on hand will need extra more cash to run and manage. The costs of doing business are ballooning and there's no way to avoid it unless company raises more money from PP.

Vivocom is the only company in Bursa Malaysia that its share price has failed to advance after Bonus Issues are announced days earlier. This is a strong indication that it is losing momentum because another private placement is coming which will dilute its earnings further. PP is not god for shareholders and big boys know it so they sell it way down to recoup some losses before PP is to be announced and its share price will be pressed way down.
Still remember the last 2 private placements and what happened to its share prices when announced???? This time will be the same and I have info that the upcoming PP will be even bigger because vivocom's working capital has been eroded and below threshold so in order to avoid too many times PP, this time will be bigger amount PP.

Beginner01@MyView, still being pretentious? R u still struggling by trading vivocom shares? If so, that means u are not a good trader/investor....oooppsss sorry u are just a failed trader and never an investor since u always tell whole world tht u hold long term and never to sell so why u sold it weeks ago? and now buy sell? LMAO.....eat back own words....keep ur promise....I still advocate sell calls..... get the fundamentals right and u will be confident.
Vivocom just have too many drama and this is not a well managed company. Warren Buffett wouldn't approve it.

When u get the fundamentals right, you'll be confident like me. Think before u pour more money into equities.....bull run since last Global Financial Crisis 2008/2009 is in its 8th year now. Cycle coming to an end soon. For the next 2 years, I'm expecting market collapse again so u guys better hold sufficient cash and capitals. Coincidentally, Malaysia's GE would be in 2018 so u know what u should so do to protect urself.

tewniamak, no need to scold them explicitly because they are the selfish bunch and especially bias towards vivocom's prospects. Only the REAL investor treasure and appreciate the views or both sides.

I've got Brexit right also I didn't brag....so what's big deal? Everyone makes money....but it's just u made that money for what purpose? If it's for ur own self-indulgence and selfishness then u are not worthy.
Myview said he made profits from vivocom and to eat wagyu steaks....that's selfishness is unbearable to me. I'd rather help to make a good change to the needy.

LGMGL, not convenient to talk abt Ecowld here but a quick advice for u here is....accumulate it if drops....Ecowld is headed by Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin the best in the property sector. There's one more property counter u can strongly accumulate. PM me if u wanna know.

There is new trends in m'sia now....Property developers seeking financial borrowings from China banks but this is not regulated yet but a lot of developers have proposed this to Bank Negara. Construction sector, I'm not too sure because it will have an adverse impact on local banking sectors so I don't think this will take off anytime soon.
If vivocom can and wanted to borrow money fro CHina banks then their earnings will be suceptible to FX fluctuations which is quite unstable, considering m'sia general election will be on 2018 the latest....coward Ah Jib will not call GE until 2018 because still a lot to makan

Yes borrowing costs cheaper but Banks' profit margin are shrinking because of this so there goes vivocom's chance of borrowing big bucks from the banks. THerefore raises the probability of vivocom to raise capitals from private placements PP. You don't know this....be aware of the PP announcement soon which will surprise u in big amount.

this bonus issues is not suppose to be announced but MD is panic without CEO Anne Kung and Dr Yeoh.......so in order to shore up share price, he announce quickly the bonus issues. Already directors are fighting over these few issues.
2016-07-15 08:31 | Report Abuse
That's why i said MD Choo cannot explain why Dr Yeoh is resigning as CEO and leaving and he quickly announnce giving bonus issues with a trap condition, "........SHARES HELD ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED LATER". Go read it at:

There are many ways just to shore up its share price and giving out bonus issues is the cheapest and easiest because it involves almost no money cash from the company!
2016-07-15 08:31 | Report Abuse
Facts will remain as facts.... more shares added to the outstanding share base will certainly enlarging its share base so the very obvious direct effect is "Dilution on its EPS". So the seasoned and experienced investors/traders have priced in these issues months ahead.
2016-07-15 08:30 | Report Abuse
Mr choo doesn't wanna explain abt Dr Yeoh's departure as CEO less than one year??? Bonus issues won't solve the problems. Dr Yeoh sees problems which cannot be resolved that's why he chose to resign as CEO....
No one wanna take the position as CEO and vacant until now because insiders know there are deep problems...............

2016-07-15 08:29 | Report Abuse
Why vivocom doesn't wanna explain to the masses abt Dr Yeoh's issue leaving the company after just 8 months as CEO???? What happened for the past 8 months to vivocom's share price? It surged. So they bring in Dr Yeoh just to shore up share price....and Dr Yeoh has ZERO shares in vivocom
2016-07-15 08:27 | Report Abuse
Dr Yeoh's departure as CEO of the company is going to erode vivocom's prospects. Having a vacant CEO seat now, no one dares to even take up the job. Why? because there's no one better than Dr Yeoh. THe board of directors know it.
2016-07-15 08:24 | Report Abuse
Giving out bonus issues doesn't solve the doubts of shareholders on the capability of the company to manage the multiple projects with insufficient cashflow regularly. By giving out bonus shares, the company doesn't have to fork out a single ringgit or cent. It's just a temporary measure to shore up its share price.
Look at its depressing share price that collapsed from its peak. That's with a market capital of approx. RM 1 billion falling to current RM 600 millions. That's abt 40% fall in its market cap. Not a good thing for a listed company.
