this bonus issues is not suppose to be announced but MD is panic without CEO Anne Kung and Dr Yeoh.......so in order to shore up share price, he announce quickly the bonus issues. Already directors are fighting over these few issues. Die lah........

There are many ways just to shore up its share price and giving out bonus issues is the cheapest and easiest because it involves almost no money cash from the company!

No matter how much the company earns, now those earnings will be divided more and bonus issues will be eroding the company's capital ratio strength
