this bonus issues is not suppose to be announced but MD is panic without CEO Anne Kung and Dr Yeoh.......so in order to shore up share price, he announce quickly the bonus issues. Already directors are fighting over these few issues. Die lah........

There are many ways just to shore up its share price and giving out bonus issues is the cheapest and easiest because it involves almost no money cash from the company!

Vivocom like to give bonus issues because they have not enough cash to reward shareholders. Pls wake up! Only experienced investors/traders knw this! They raise money from private placements for working capitals but in order to shore up its share price, they keep giving bonus issues which they don't need to fork out their money just to shore up share price.

Soon or later, they will have to stop giving out bonus shares because this is damaging to shareholders' values and interests.

Facts will remain as facts.... more shares added to the outstanding share base will certainly enlarging its share base so the very obvious direct effect is "Dilution on its EPS". So the seasoned and experienced investors/traders have priced in these issues months ahead.
