Another possible scenario is someone bought too much in margin (t+3, t+8, etc), volume drop so couldn't sell and finally had to throw much lower coz not much buyers volume.

Lim123, i think its that 50% of previous pp yet to be sold, i don't think it has been fixed at 0.25. You remember someone saying he had dinner with some finance dept and bla bla bla? Im thinking that the rumour could be true but we have to wait and see if it is. Right now I dont have any facts or news. And since there are no negative news on Vivocom projects being delayed or something, there is no basis for share to drop like this, if any mega construction projects delayed, word would be out very quickly in business news, they got insiders everywhere.

If you see, the price is holding at current range in a very stable manner, if it drops too much , someone will push it at this point back again, if it goes higher, someone will sell down to maintain this range. For PP, they need price from weekly average, this is only reason I can think of this current stabilization.

either delay or vivocom unofficially forced to reduce share price for upcoming PP takers in a controlled manner (I have a strong suspicion about the rumors about Brahmal before but it might also be for China PP takers), if this is so, the trend will be for one week, then prices will shoot back to where it was before maybe even UMA for shooting up a lot. Coincidentally, the timing is just nice for price to shoot up during report time with a lot of good news ahead. Im deducing this by the fact that the share price come down but no one report any bad news yet about the company so as someone suggested, it could be artificial sell down. If you see share price go back to 0.28 cents end of the month and announcement that PP signed off end of the month, then my analysis could be correct. And if I am correct here, it would be highly irresponsible for "some people" to lower share price like this even though temporarily. Thus long term investors should collect profit later and seriously consider if they should continue park their money in a counter with hidden actions like this. This counter will only benefit majority shareholders and not minority ones. Just my analysis. I think I will buy in soon and sell for profit and forget about long term plans for this counter even if it might be profitable long term due to the risks.

My view: IM used to ignoring ppl who are not constructive even in real life. I always take calculated risks and ppl surrounding me also mostly negative ppl so i started ignoring them and valuing positive ppl. That is in reality, so of coz it wont bother me more. this morning the up price was the false alarm after all, now its still deciding to up or down. 2nd session will be good indication of the direction the stock will take. By the way, I think I gave wrong informatin yesterday, according to bursa if the share is more than rm1, then you cannot buy lesser than 30% or sell higher than 30%. if it is less than rm1, you cannot sell it higher than +rm0.30 or buy it cheaper than -rm0.30. SO, right now the share damn risky ppl can manipulate any price they want. Only thing is common sense is ppl wont want to sell it cheaper than they buy at low price so it can't fall like say below rm0.10 cents lah.

Besides, according to MIDF report, the value of the share even minus the construction part should be around rm0.18 sent. It could be exaggeration, so I'd say rm0.15 is fair value for the share minus all the construction factor, just look into the aluminum production and telecommunications tower. If count recent bauxite shortage issue due to Pahang freeze, price of aluminum should shoot up and this would increase cost of aluminum production and thus aluminum products. If they cannot transfer this cost to customers, then profit in this sector could be reduced. If the Neata profit reduced due to above then i think fair value around rm0.12-rm0.13?

At this point, the mega construction aspect can think of bonus if it happens, can continue accumulate if it gets to the above prices for the time being.

Just my opinion while waiting for the reports, maybe reports will be more optimistic than I am at this point.

I have a feeling this will work to our advantage. No need to catch the bottom price, just catch it as it goes upwards again. Again, safety first. It doesn't really matter about whats the reason anymore, by the time the drops stopped, ppl will scramble to buy in back again, if you see huge volume thats when movement will be slow and you have to be cautious as the same 1/2 sen tug of war will occur again.

Dell888, actually it is very good if Bursa issue UMA. coz then vivocom forced to reveal what is happening to the company that shares are tanking publicly. At least keep inverstors informed. If they tell Bursa, they don't know the reason and after a few days or weeks something major happens, then we all will know the company is not honest with investors.

I dont think vivocom will chaplap, they are survivors. So, no worries. But I hope that the drop you are mentioning will come. Friday and Monday market is a little bad so maybe will be around that time too? For others, dont worry too much, think of it as good oppurtunity to average down the prices. Ich90, shark will always throw and run. Companies don't rely on sharks to survive. Real investors will look at earnings and what they get back in return from the company for their investments. Fluctuating stock prices only rattles traders confidence not investors. Even if the shark sell dy for profits, other sharks will come in at cheap price and when price move up again sell them for other sharks. The cycle continues.

I will only buy in at rm0.20 cents. It might drop lower than that before rebound but I will be satisfied at rm0.20. And I will go for warrant c or d instead of mother share at the time.

Dell888, if I were Braahmal, I would collect and not sell, these guys have the funds to be able to wait out long term, and they want to reap bigger fortunes not only for the name but the glory. His reputation is at stake. Big fish not interested in small gains like us, they go for bigger stuff. :)

Vivocom is currently in the top active stocks for the wrong reason, heavy selling. Guys, if you all want to recover your losses, this is the cue. monitor properly, wait till all the selling finishes and first FEW signs of buying appears. DON'T start buying when you see 1st buying trend (it could be false alarm), jump in when you see 2-3 buying trends for safety. I think the selling will continue until few days before report comes out or CIMB/MIDF makes a positive announcement. If the share price really falls to rm0.20 or below, it could be that the Brahmal want to buy at rm0.20 cents rumor that someone posted few days ago is true.
