Kenanga Research upgraded UEM Land Holdings Bhd to 'outperform' from 'market perform' and raised its target price to RM3.25 from RM2.40 citing the company's exposure to projects in the southern state of Johor.

RECOMMENDED TO BUY IN WCT AS PRICE IS MUCH CHEAPER & ATTRACTIVE COMPARED TO IJM & GAMUDA.
