Compared with PTRANS which will consolidate 3 shares for 1 (ex-date 14/1/21). Focus on reverse gear share split 1 for 3.

Focus dynamics (FD) which is now regarded as a small cap stock will turn into a penny stock after split. Lets realise that FD has common directors with the other 20 or so penny stocks that was reported by The Edge last year as having some manipulation activities by one hidden hands. In the same stable are AT, Mlabs, Fintec, Mtouche, Lambo, Netx, DGB, Anzo, GrenOcean,XOX M3tech, Saudee, Overseas gp & Sanichi.
I stand to be corrected. So please exercise your right judgement before trading in these Stocks.

@ Alf3, major shareholders like fintec dispose their shares to raise much needed cash for their capital/future investment. They are willing to sell low like this morning @ 0.63-0.635 going by the volume traded and the period it stays at that level, bcos they got the shares at zero pirce. Now, as i write, the share price is moving up @ 0.64
Momentum for uptrend is strong.

Bought yesterday @ 1.34, Now top up @ 1.00 for an average of @1.15. will make it to the black by tomorrow at most.

The irony is that when Companies starts to get their Order Books balloning, Shares placement exercise comes in suddenly. Examples, MYEG, Serba Dinamik, etc.
Consequently,the share price falls. This was the hard lessons i learned and wish to share here with particularly the newbies.
To be safe, plan your realistic % margin. For AWC a gain of RM250 -RM350 for every 100 lots is very good enough. I did that. Realise your gain. Come back again when the price movement is favourable.

However, ongoing conversion of warrants to ordinary shares is of concern for swing traders.
