Obviously it's better to buy Silterra which has been loss-making in the past. The present time is in need for semi-conductors. Once Dnex secures the deal, next they will get loans (whatever you want to call it, bridging, syndicated loan etc etc) because they already have customers and orders in hand. After that, DNex is the next Greatec in the making. Shortage of chips and semi-conductors will turn Silterra under Dnex a profit making arm.

On the other hand, with the sudden opening of the world borders and economy, what is the brent crude oil price hits USD100 per barrel? They bought at USD30 per barrel from Ping. I let you all ponder that for a moment.
