And another thoughts here, I will really not want to sell it at this moment, where the economy in UK and Australia is rebounding, Covid is at the tunnel end with Vaccination starts. Brexit deal is around the corner...I would be regretting to sell my Ewint share at loss, at the very bottom, during panic market fear, due to some correction...to others who are waiting my shares at lower and lower share price...I will not do this...Guys..please analyze and consider to sell now...at the time of market recovery is going on.
2020-12-18 16:00 | Report Abuse
Ewint used to be 43sen~ and rebound to 60 sen++....Do we want to sell at 46 sen here, and miss it if it rebound in 2-3 months time?
If you have holding power, buy some more at this low to average down the cost...
Now people fear, it is timing to slowly buy some. average down the our own buying price.

Warren buffet famous Quote: Be greedy when people r fear, Be alert when the market is going too hot and fast. How many time we have seen it happening and we keep repeating same mistake to sell during market fear, to allow others to take advantages of our fear.

I will never want to sell at market panic, following those who shout to short or sell, I do not want to be puppet to be influenced by those who shout "buy" or "sell", for thier own interest....
Guys, follow own analysis...do not get affected. Be smart, be wise.
Though on paper loss, I do not want to follow those who shout sell coz they are shouting for own interest.
One thing I will try not to do...Do not sell at market panic, sell when market rebound...same, do not chase too high...

If your buying price is lower than now, make own decision to cash out to take profit, or waiting for rebound to cash out at higher price, analyze and study own risk factors...
If your buying price much higher than current price, honestly I am one of them, do you want to sell it to let the price drop further due to market fear, and benefit those who shout to sell, to take your shares at much lower price? I will not do it.
2020-12-18 15:50 | Report Abuse
Those who keep shouting to sell, they are waiting to buy yours shares at lowest value...and making us all losing money immediately. Do not fall in trap.
2020-12-18 15:49 | Report Abuse
Sell, or Keep, guys, think carefully. Analyze on own, do not get affected by those who keep shouting to sell, they shout to sell, as they waiting at bottom to buy yours shares.
I do not want to follow their calls, we analyze on own, study own risk, and take own decision, never get affected by those keep shouting to sell.

If you check what happen in 2008-2009 economy crisis, it showed market rebound came with several ripples and corrections, but most of stocks uprise gradually and the mnomentum got stronger and stronger when situation recovered.
I have the feeling the same market trend happenning now, the market is slowly recovering now...but there will be profit taking, market healthy correction, etc which pull back the rebound occasionally. But surely I am confident gradually the market KLCi is heading upwards.
Only two factors can stop this eventual uprise trend, one is if the Vaccine fails, the second is the shock GE.
If Vaccines failed, there will be a global shock and all related stocks will suffer dip blow, like back in March where market is under extreme fear.
If electric GE is being called, there should be a market pullback until the situation is cleared with who is winning the GE15. But I think GE will come so soon, in fact I think GE will be dragged till the end of the 5 years tenure. The reason is simple, the reigning ministers, PM they would very much want to cling on the power and position, rather than heading to an unknown GE result.
So I would not be too worried with current market healthy correction, so long as there is no severe Vaccine negative news pop up.

KLCi index has been dropping last 2-3 days...I think it is healthy correction after an extended uprise. Any oversold should result in a rebound. I hope if Sapura announce positibe Quarter report this evening, it can catch the next monday KLCi markert rebound, and the share price will rise up. Finger cross.
2020-12-17 17:34 | Report Abuse
And I think they will announce once the deal is done...EIther they announce deferment of the deal negotiation to another month, or they will announce the deal done.
If the latter materialize and the debt deal is done, and they actually announce it in upcoming days, I am very hopeful the Sapura will fly the next day and gain major breakthrough to break the current pricing now....
Just my two cents...I hope this will materialize. Both PNB and many other Institutional Funds have invested at much higher share price than current price. I think they need to recoup.
2020-12-17 17:21 | Report Abuse
And I think the bankers will be convinced on Sapura business prospect especially now added with natural gas production, and if bankers are convinced, it will be easier for Sapura to strike the debt retructuring deal...
2020-12-17 17:20 | Report Abuse
And looking at bullish oil price>51++, supported by OPEX deal up to March21, I think we are hopeful for big gain for Sapura share price once the financing debt restructuring is struck. If the debt restructuring is struck by end of this month, I think Sapura can make breakthrough in current share price to rise to 20 sen plus.....Armada already up to 39sen plus plus form their Covid value of 16-17 sen. Sapura is hopeful to recoup the share price prior to Covid, once the debt restructuring deal is struck.
Looking at bullish oil price, I hope Sapura can convince the bankers for the debt deal. I think oil price is gonna be bullish with vaccination starts and in few months time economy will rebound, the oil price should be higher than now.
2020-12-17 17:11 | Report Abuse
I think we gotta be patient, do not get tempted to sell at 13sen or 13.5 sen..The restructuring of debt should be finalized by this two weeks, as it came out in report the dateline for Sapura to restructure his debt would be end of this year.

i3luerker, so your thoughts is that the share price will be kept low and low for the major shareholder to gain profit by selling short? But there is no transaction being shown for past few years related to major share holder?

Maybe now still not the best timing yet to bet on all sales profit now, due to Covid and Brexit? next financial year Q1,2, will be much better to show their card? so that it is actually worth waiting for another few more months?
2020-12-17 16:50 | Report Abuse
If that could be the case, maybe we can hold tight for another Q and see whats going to happen?
2020-12-17 16:49 | Report Abuse
the YoY comparison will not be super attractive if they put most of sales profit now, due to record high earning for last year same Quarter. But if they defer the sales profit to next Quarters, the YoY will be super improving, and market sentiment would be much better sometimes in March21, and that would be better timing for them to push up the share price?
2020-12-17 16:46 | Report Abuse
can it be that they intentionally push all sale profits to next quarter out in March 2021, due to much better market sentiment in March 21 along with much better economy recovery in US and Australia in next quarter and ahead...

And I bought it during IPO, though average down this year, the current price still much lower than my average buying price, and its already been 4 year since 2017...its doing down slowly...it is so disappointed...what is LKS planning in his mind? what should be early investor do? sell off now?

I am disappointed too...
Thought the share price would rise by this Quarter result out...But result no good.
HOw would LKS gonna face his investor e.g. HL boss who invested alot in his venture?
Clearly LKS is losing is reputation..

Anyone following closely the Sapura financial performance having idea what could be the target price, if the share price eventually rebound, after the financial debt restructuring? The share price declined significantly in recent months 2018-2019...Many got stuck at much higher buying price, and are wondering if the share rebound could recoup the losses or not?
2020-12-09 10:54 | Report Abuse
I have same feeling as Warchest, think it is a correction. Over last few days, it was up from 45sen++ to highest 60 sen ++, the correction now paves way for more low entry price, still, you see it stand films at 51 sen ++...A slow and gradual share rise, is definitely healthier than a sudden shoot-up in share price. If it shoot up fast, it may drop back fast too...I would prefer having a slow gradual share price up bit by bit, but steadily, rather than a sudden shoot up n drop back heavily. I think I will be worried if the share price drop back to 43 sen ++.

hi SIMS, appreciate your sharing. Yes, end 2019 record earning should gloom the share price to highest but it didn't. Upcoming Q Financial earning to be released this month depends on new units hand-over an delayed hand-over.
Yes, there are uncertainty ahead, Dividend and Brexit, whether first time Divdend can be materialized yet to be seen, Brexit is in final critical discussion.
But we do not know the entire development and new ventures of the company, not so straight forward like what we think. Many stocks counter showed up unexpected profit and business strategy which lead to a share soar without many of us our awareness.
What I would like to share is that, the main share holders behind are such a reputable figure that I do not think they invested such big amount of money, just to see it continue to slump over the years to penny stock, with no good return at the end. The founder may have hard time to convince the main investor anymore if the share of EWINT continue to dip with no rebound.
Congratulation to your MUCH LOWER buying price than current share price. Whether to cash out or hold still, is never wrong or right, we can choose to cash out of course, or keep tight. I have shared what I feel and my faith with Ewint still. And of course, we need to analyze and study, and decide for own decision to sell of keep.
We are not God nor we are insider that can foresee the share trend,in fact, as a matter of fact, many people lose in the share market. Majority lose, and only a very few make real gain, and even fewer make big gain. We gotta do our own study, analysis, and keep faith of our decision to keep or selling some stocks.
Lets hope we make gain in this volatile share market, sharing our thoughts and analysis, together we make gain, for a better life for our family and beloved.

by the way, i have averaging down my cost during Covid EWINT Share slump...and current share price is not far from my investment cost. I would suggest fellow share holders here, may do the same, nibble bits by bits to slowly averaging down your buying price, especially during the down moment of the market...But be prepare to hold it for sometimes to come.

Hi Fortunemaster, yes, that is what I thought, not easy to build the base in foreign countries, sail through all these years ups and downs, and if you check the portfolio of the main share holders since 2017 inception, one behind it are one of the most successful bankers in Malaysia. And if you check the change in share holder interest, I didn't see any change in their share interest since 2017 (please correct me if I am wrong). These tycoons keep it intact, so that I still keep faith and believe it will gloom into something bigger, and I think it will rise up better than IPO price, riding on property sector rebound, boosted by low borrowing interest environment. Malaysia is currently a bit stagnant in the property market, but not that much in Australia and UK.
2020-12-08 11:04 | Report Abuse
common sense tell me that, over 4-5 years (2017-2021), take moderate interest of 4-5% annualy, the share price should be up 20-30% at least, compared to the IPO price. The founder would not want to disappoint the tycoon investors join venture with him, with anything lower than the afore-said return to them....that is my feeling, and I would like to share with my fellow share holders here.

I think now is just beginning of a slow rebound...though up and down at times, but the average should be higher and higher gradually in upcoming months...Dear fellow share holders of this ewint, lets keep faith, hold tight, don't leave, hold tight till the share up to rm 1.2++
2020-12-08 10:57 | Report Abuse
I have faith that this counter will up to rm 1.5++ or higher, only that the main share holders will recoup enough profit through the huge investment they put in, join ventured with the founder to build up this international developer. what i would think.
2020-12-08 10:52 | Report Abuse
and if this main share holder invested in ewint back in2017, say at a reduced IPO price of rm1, to recoup the investment modal, the counter need to be pushed to at least rm 1...and That is why I keep my faith in this counter, despite some urging to give up this counter.

Me too, i bought this stock in 2017, during property peak, and ever since, share price still keep dropping with no dividend, plus bad talk on the main share holders in the other counter-ecoworld. and at one time, i was pondering if i need to cash out. But instinct told me, the share will rebound, because never a news announcement on the main share holders selling giving up their shares...and after checking, knowing that even one of tycoons and banker too invested in this company back then, and this banker through its developer arm hasn;t called it quit yet...there must be something glooming with this company.
2020-12-08 10:46 | Report Abuse
yes, it is good to see the price is heading upwards, at the time people still think the property will rebound only in 2-3 years time.
