Government hospitals are full . Covid 19 positive patients who are not too sick , are asked to self quarantine at home. Safer than the crowded hospitals . So, stay safe and practice good habits. We need to contain the virus.

In KLSE, there are many sheep who follow blindly . They lack thinking ability, unfortunately, and get frightened by all the fear mongers here. The Covid 19 pandemic , unfortunately is still rife. One million cases in 2 days . Vaccines will only mitigate the problem. The Covid 19 virus will continue to mutate, hopefully losing its virulence, but unfortunately increases its infectivity. It will naturally burnt out hopefully in 12 months time., And , also , there will be some degree of herd immunity. Meanwhile, vaccines or not, glove usage is still important.

With each mutation, the current vaccines will become less and less effective.....

The Covid 19 virus, by its RNA nature, will have frequent mutations . At least a few a year. Vaccines need to be tweaked frequently to maintain its effectiveness....like the Flu vaccine. But glove usage and vaccine deployment are not mutually exclusive to each other. All the confusion here seems to think so. In fact, vaccines will have little effect on glove usage. Prevention is still the prime target.....and thus glove usage remains in demand until pandemic is under control......and that will come in at least 12 months.....its virulence will fade, and the fear for the infection gone ....

Amongst the hysteria and fear.mongering here, a few facts remain true.
1. The pandemic is still rife. About 1 million cases a day now.
2. Vaccines helps, but its true benefits remain doubtful.
3.The Covid 19 RNA virus, by its nature, mutates frequently. Hopefully , its virulence decreases. But in doing so , its infectivity will increase.Vaccines is like a 80 mph car chasing a 100km train. It can only catch up when the train stops at the stations.ie all the physical measures like social distancing and masks and washing hands.

Covid 19 is an RNA virus. It mutates frequently......like the flu virus. Vaccines has to keep up with the mutations to be effective. It is a long battle. That is the reason you need a flu injection every year......and yet you can still get the flu, although milder..

Vaccines, no matter how effective, do not affect glove sales a lot. So many donkeys keep repeating the same old news that vaccines will reduce gloves usage. NOT TRUE.
