Hi Leo, my company just lock in price for customer in Sept is 2650/2800/2850per Mt. Really is high price already but there is no indication that this will drop anytime soon as billets import now is over Rm2150/Mt.

Dear All Bro, Be Cool, Be Rational, just think that SSteel is recovering from heart attack from last 2 years, now is gradually on the right track. From Net Loss 112.6 Million to PBT of 116Million is considered damn good already.
As you all know that this is HL Group company, capital is not an issues but how to sharpened this rusted blade into an invincible sabre is the Human factor as I know the person in charge of Bar Division is a damn good executor that will bring SSteel to the next level.

1st Qtr of SSteel is July1st to Sept 30th therefore can expect same results from AnnJoo, therefore be patient until year end you will reap your profit as now Institution funders is stepping to buy in bulk as they can foresee the next 6 months already.

Hi Leo, good analysis on your side on AJ, it seem 2nd Qtr AJ have accumulated more inventories to a record high, which means that AJ have more bullet to play around for the next 6 months.
Half year PBT is almost comparable to whole year of 2016, therefore investor grab whatever you can when there is bargain on this stock today which should be the last time for this year.

Bro Venfx, it is not the plant capacity matters but the storage area is the key problem for all steel mill, plse take a look of their plant area that is unable to cope with the production capacity therefore storage is the key factors now.

I thought shipping cost is Rm250/Mt + RM2420 is RmM2670, different of RM150.

Leo, there is quota restriction on small bar of the total 10% order given by the steel miller while the rest of stock is still ok.
Wow Y20 is Rm2830/Mt in Kuching, its means that Pan Borneo Highway is facing shortage on the rebar now, looks from it will persist until next year.

Always no dividend given, therefore no attractive to invest unless change of management control by family members.

Seem good , looks good but eat no good, look at the mkt capitalisation then u know
