Not convincing anyone. Just correcting the misinformation and telling the facts on Tune's claims exposure from recent crash event. Tony's exit most likely due to poor macro outlook, which will affect investment income of the company, hence lowering the PAT in 2015. The P/E at 17/18 is seen as "expensive" given a poor investment market outlook in 2015, so is just a "cash out" for tony and re-enter when valuation is cheaper.

13 cent is the exercise price which you have to PAY to convert your warrant to mother share on X date.

However, the overall impact on Tune's earnings will be minimal because (1) management has reconfirmed that Tune will not have to bear the claims as it reinsures out all these risks, (from CIMB research)

Even for PA claims I am sure Tune insurance will buy reinsurance protection to cap their losses. I guess the losses will not be more than RM10mil. In fact after these incident, more passenger will be buying PA coverage. Only risk is whether they can continue to grow the PA business if AirAsia Ticket sales dropped.

I think those that commented on insurance claims know nothing about how insurance company operates. First a large portion of the risk is being transferred to REINSURANCE Company (i.e Allianz). Tune insurance may be retaining less than 1% of the total exposure. On top of that it is quite common the Insurance Company like Tune Insurance buys "Loss Protection" to cap their maximum losses. I can assure you that the losses to Tune Insurance is not significant. On Flood, it is happening in rural area whereby lots of properties are not insured for Flood coverage and in fact Not insured at all. It will only hurt the insurance company badly if it happens in Big City like KL, Selangor, JB.

Married deal means Anne is selling to someone not through open market. u ever hear PBB and HLB owner selling their shares through married deal? if they wanted to invite new influential shareholders there's many other ways to do it, such as issuing new shares for new capital injection(although the consideration for the new shares can be financed through another vehicle or person). once shares is disposed, Anne is now a minority shareholder/director with less influential power. New shareholders from Neata is controlling instacom now. I have no idea where this new shareholders/directors are going to bring us to, maybe very soon an announcement of Anne stepping down as executive director (CEO).

a true entrepreneur who is sincere to grow the business will not trade his/her own shares. I think this tell a lot on the company. I was bullish until Anne starting to trade her shares.

Seriously if they have good future projects they don't even need to do the acquisition with neata by issuing more shares. The dilution effect will bring your net assets per share down from 24 cents down to around 15 cents. To me this is a bad move. Be cautious with this counter.

Hallo everyone. Canceling the medium term note means ending their loan. Instacom has paid in full all 200m money borrow for project financing back to the lender. Now their book is clean without the medium term note. Aiyoh, not getting 200m in cash lar.

changing of business direction is always a red flag. they are transforming from a construction company to IPP player. This is already a red flag. Plus point is they are still in the same industry and having the technical know how. cannot wait sell and move to another counter.
