Singh, one more factor affecting the bid price is volatility, if there are more people buying n selling C66 than C48, then C66 could have better gain than C48.

Singh, that's true, anyway we need to take into consideration the price of the warrant also, a low price warrant could have higher return for every 100 points increment even though the sensitivity is lower than a higher price one.

Ayam, C36 expires on 28/Oct, that's correct, but last trading day on KLSE is 3 days before expiry which is 25/oct.

Singh, say for eg. C36 the sensitivity is 10 ticks, it means that for every 10 points increase in HSI, the bid price will increase one bid, for warrant or share below $1 price, one bid is 0.005, for above $1 is 0.01. That's why C36 is so responsive compares to the rest and it is the highest risk one.

Index warrants are not meant for holding long, it is designed for trading purpose. Some don't even know that there is time-value for the index warrants. The closer to the expiry, the steeper the price will fall. That's why day trade or keeping few days will be safer. Unless you are very sure the trend is going to be continue for weeks then you can keep it, else it is not profitable to keep it. Cut loss is very crucial for trading index warrants, you have to be ruthless when comes to make such decision. Lastly don't bet 100% of your capital at one shot, try to split it into 3 or more tranches.
