Lack of foreign funds in bursa has resulted in low competitive business environment and now being controlled by big government funded local institutions such as Epf, kwap,TH,banks etc.

EPF sell down to pay for members withdrawals. They are the damper of Topglove. Why didn't they sell GLCs which they heavily invested?
Let them sell at huge loss. They will come back later for dividends.

Its an opportunity for EPF to sell down Topglove shares to get cash to finance withdrawal by members when good results reported.
They surely wont sell GLC shares which they heavily invested because Topglove is owned by Malaysian Chinese.
