If the co. intends to create fake orders, management can replied to Bursa the sand sites are in Philippines, is very difficult for Malaysia authorities to do investigation outside Malaysia. But now, they replied in Malaysia, Trengganu and Pahang, this draws trust, bcos if anything they submit to bursa is fake, they can be easily checked by SC.

For those said no permit is issued to the co., the reply also clearly address this, the do it through partners, not the co. itself. The best thing is go to read the official co. announcement rather than hearsay.

when they replied to Bursa their sites are in Malaysia (Trengganu, Pahang), i think they gain trust ... in contrast, if they said in Philipines, that may rise a lot of doubt .....

similarly, regardless JHDP paying or not paying dividend to JAKS, the profit reporting itself has direct impact on share price.

Actually the 30% or 50% reporting has significant impact,
1. the amount is in the quantum of 100m.
2. the P&L report summary appears as the cover of announcement to Bursa, it will catch public investors eyes.
3. this profit is real profit, it can be used for EPS, P/E ... calculation.

if continue for 3 yrs, it surely affects the stock valuation, lke P/E etc. ... many ctrs in bursa, although not paying dividend, as long as report profit, the price can sustain, not to say a very good profit.

I come across, a company declares dividend for preference share but no dividend for ordinary share, thus, i infer the dividends could be different. Maybe i'm wrong ....

moreover, ordinary share and preference share could have different dividend.

From my understanding, Preference Share would not share the profit (unless it is converted to ordinary share), but entitle for dividend. Maybe i'm wrong .....

CPECC can only convert the RCPS into voting shares 3 years after commercial operation of the power plant to gain 70% control of JPP. For now, CPECC and Jaks have equal control over JHDP.


Is this mean that 3 yrs immediate following COD (not beyond 3 yrs after COD), CPECC and Jaks both have 50% equity in JHDP?

How about the profit sharing? also shared equally within the 3 year after COD?

1. I don't think the management has conducted the briefing, if it has been done, IBs will issue updated report on the new developments, some even just cut and paste the info. given, i think u know these better than me. Since the official announcement of 93% completion ended last year, I feel they are not enthuse to share the developement.

2. yes, the power plant is real, i think many also hope it will COD ASAP. The last cycle (when kyy was in) i didn't join, bcos it was so blur then, but i have been following the development on and off, I only joined in Oct last year (thanks DK66 writing too). Did kyy meet the management before (in AGM?) (just want to find out their investment relationship).

3.yes, many retailers invested in this ctr, besides your subcribers, this can also be seen in the i3 stocks picked competition 2020, JAKS in the most favor ctr! right? this could be a reason why operator not willing to push up the price. Doesn't the condition now much better than a month before? I think now u should be less stressed. :-)

Actually operator also has his dilemma, the last 2 weeks, my feeling is, although price is lagging, operator not dare to push the price too low to avoid ppl buying more ..... :D this could be the COD comes nearer. (Normal manipulating art is, pushing up the price and then announce good news :D) (TA wise, what the pattern indicates, i think many ppl know better than me. :D)

Today, almost whole market sizzling, but not Jaks ..... in situation like this, sure a lot of unsatisfactory emotions ......

Many point to otb .... is that the real reason? maybe ... the bigger picture is, not only today, the price of Jaks is manipulated everyday for months, may be a year! there are many puzzles behind ......

The 1st question is, is this a reasonable a very bright prospect co. that COD around the corner should selling at this price? One of the reasons the price depressed is no institutional fund investing, institutional fund not buying is bcos IBs do not give a good rating, IBs do not cover the Hao Duong plant is bcos management does not not give official briefing to them to announce the prospect of the plant in Vietnam. IBs cannot initiate the writing of the Vietnam project without official calling ...... Without IBs covering, not likely institutional funds will consider ......

Management keep quiet amid the COD would start in months time (can only be considered as rumor, at this junction), Actually, the management keep quiet most of the time, this rise doubt .... sometimes i'm thinking is something not right in this Alibaba's type of cooperation? The power plant is actually controlled by Chinese (70% vs 30%, as present), moreover, all the technologies , expertise .... even the financial sources are controlled by Chinese ..... Alibaba's type of cooperation is common in Malaysia, bcos, it has gov encouraging ..... but in Vietnam? the Chinese partners? are they willing to let you earn free money?

When i think maybe management has "untold" (cannot tell openly) difficulties, I find that, amid the blur situation, prices are wildly manipulated. I used to own both mother share and WA, when WA price is low I buy WA (has higher gearing) when WA price is high, I sell the WA and buy the mother share, WA premium varies from 27/28% to 51/52% .... when I doing this, I found that someone are manipulations of both mother share and WA prices, surely, traders can feel this very real .... the prices are "fixed" by operator! :D

The blur situation + without institutional funds, is a very ideal environment for manipulation ........

Why a very bright prospect co. that COD around the corner should selling at this price? more and more doubts lingering in my mind .... i think it over and over, the power plant is so real, the pictures, the news from CEEC website, Vietnamese gov news ..... it will COD, despite delay, when COD comes, the co. surely will have an official announcement, then everything will be clear .... the COD, rumor half year ago, would operate in March, then delays to April, May, June ..... (actually the official date given by Vietnamese gov. is Dec. :D) The delay provides more time for operators manipulate ..... but the COD will finally come true, right?

I recall 2 years ago, how the price manipulated from 1.40 to 0.40, this even caused a tycoon margin all and loss, but now, operator is short of time doing this, right?

(p/s, the sooner announcement would be the QR, but due to MCO, QR also can be delayed, right? this also delay the investors to receive official information. :D)
