The Transaction has an effective date of 1 January 2014

Under the terms of the Transaction:

This deal hatched in Jan 2014 and is close to a conclusion. At least praise be given to SONA for keeping it tight until today.

c) sale of equity in SILK Highway SB, losses from the toll is also no longer need to be consolidated (FY2013 is about RM16m).

I knw tat usage on the SILK h/w is still not high. As sosfinance had pointed out, losses. Which indicates mgmt. wants to show a clean book. Put it tis way - some people like the land, some people like the sea.

I speculate & I emphasise wild speculation - some form of merger is in the making... take TGOFFS isn't it getting interesting. Some people had said, "Empty shell company."

My investment into this Bursa counter was not influenced by this forum nor any other forum group. Volume trading caught my attention and I was already invested prior to the Rights Issue. Through careful calculations and fumbling executions I had gained. Should the current price level of 0.27 cents stays this investment overall is still profittable but already halved. I had yearned for constant “up-to-date” and “accurate” feeds just on this counter. I had made many google attempts then one day I found i3investor. Thanks GOOGLE!

Yes! Last Thursday, I had created a mini-crisis in SUMATEC forum.
PursuitofEpiness undeterred rose to my challenge to come clean suspecting him of being a con-artist. As such time is due for me to rebutt. The following are not in anyway critising a personality but a rebuttal.

I have been silent for two days and to put the record straight I had not chickened-out. I had to take leave outstation for a much needed personal matters. Last night, I read all the postings since I left-off last Thursday. Yes, I had ample time to prepare my thoughts over night but I lost a few hours of good sleep.

With all the activities, hype & fights generated in this Suma forum there is still an essence that people care. It has people not only watching such as PursuitofEpiness but people listening and on alert (I do not mean that's me). A sort of unplanned social responsibility besides the raising of flags. .. Jaga reban .. So how? So when? .. MACD, RSI, Stoichastic .. etc. etc.

PursuitofEpiness very unsual request for knowledge through the open “letter” had raised an alarm bell - “not able to write well”. Yes, I know that this practice by invitation to call is common in the U.S.A. but seldom practised in Europe unless one already has linked up. How about Malaysia? For a start, InPursuit … had claimed a lack of knowledge & experience and wanting to learn the basics 101. Subsequently, PursuitofEpiness postings did reveal that he has high analytical skills and good knowledge of Sumatec past, present and future.

It is granted that many people are not well verse in FA, TA and other stock exchange or local acronyms. We learn as we invest, observe and read. But, not understanding what is “contra”, “trader”, “mid-term” & “long-term” is absurd. PursuitofEpiness admitted that you have invested. May I know then who signed up for the (your) trading account? Who is your broker? And your broker did not asked, “What is your trading apetite?”, “What is your investment time-frame?”. What simple terminology did you arm yourself with when you visited a broker and got started your account?

You have proven yourself an intelligent and analylitical person through several of your postings. Do you remember what you has said, “... the cat is out of the bag.....”

Exit then... I'll be damned (celaka) if the 2 persons u wan to talk to gave u a call.
