it has huge landbanks actually. And since it focus on high end segment, now is not a good time to push too many projects out. Wait few years, when most of those recent foreign investments established their office or factories here, that is the time to push more projects out and i'm sure the profit margin will be much higher by then.

it's a good privatization target, don't you think? no much debt, asset value at around 1.9x, power assets increasing with future recurring income. As long as got good management team taking over the existing one which is lack of execution ability (ie. dealing with politics etc), it should be a great choice.

low oil price may not have huge benefit for airasia since they hedge the oil price. In addition to this, airasia's major revenue comes from malaysia market and RM is weak, so this lower its margin.
