More logical question to be answered would be: Why ESOS so frequently to dilute shares where there's already close to 3b shares / what is the planned marketing strategy for the funds raised from PP?

2. The things you mention don't carry sufficient proof to show that indeed it was the director who answered. Since the director is 'bewildered' by the claims that Lambo is a China company, he could write an email and share it to us / your friends as well. Since plenty of i3 members here claimed Lambo is China company; he should be even more bewildered then and itching to address the forums as well.

You see, I can also claim that I also called the Registrar just now and confirmed that they received no such call these few days and there goes your claims. It's the matter of you say vs I say. - Has net cash worth 0.03 at least, not even including their 'assets'.
- The only counter that has 'marketplace' ecommerce style that you can 'buy-in'.
- Other counter such as Netx, Fintech heavily hedge on 'possible' news to ramp up; but Lambo has LamboMove and LamboPlace, and to a smaller degree, LamboPay to support growth.
- Now this counter has priced in the ESOS, loss of huge revenue (from 20m+ to less than 5m); hence, any news of new revenue source would push this counter skyhigh.
- LamboPlace is emerging more and more in credit card deals (Cimb / Citibank / AeonCredit / TnG), showing that LamboPlace is making effort to reach out to banks, establishing brand recognition.
- This counter has big volumes day in day out, ez in ez out if you wanna drop it.
- If any big funds (mimicking Shopee / Lazada / PrestoMall) comes in and invest, then it will rocket so high that you can't even recognize.

@bux0880 I don't think from business standpoint it will be a wise choice to appoint only LamboMove as sole delivery partner. It's same concept as putting all eggs in one basket.

Plus, LamboMove is just the last mile delivery partner. Which makes sense, cuz Lazada and Shopee have their own sorting center and Lazada has their own courier to do the last mile for some products. Shopee has their own sorting center too. Presto using this will benefit from LamboMove as LamboMove have been working with LamboPlace.

In the longer run, Lambo will have more exposure to marketplace scene. Not hard to connect the dots. That in turn, leads to possible mergers / investments. Personally I like how this is panning out.
