oil counter is now deadly better dun touch..unless fall to 20-30 sen then can go in bit by bit.

if not cut oil storage will filled up in may..then all will stop production...if cut...filled up in july.. so still later gg...oil price will only go down to 20 n below. refiner also shut in worsening the issue now...so demand hit another deadly blow.
