U can increase price 10% 20%,u still sell out all the stock. Where got competition.

When glove price increase becoz of shortage ,there is no competition at all.if there is competition price will drop.

Their business increase by 10 x i beleive.

Nobody is buying into glove stock based on old eps now....ppl r buying on future projection of eps.if based on old eps not worth this price.so why ppl keep on piling on.becoz when ppl exit becoz they feel its expensiv based on old pe 40,smart investor think its cheap based on future pe of 20.

Current scenario.

Last qtr ,i sell 100000 glove at rm1, my cost is 90 sen, profit is 10 sen, now becoz of covid shortage, i manage to increase my price to 1.05, my profit now is 15 sen. My monthly income rise 15000 from 10000. Next month the price gonna increase to 1.10 per glove..my profit grows from 10k to 20 k.i double my income by increasing only 10 percent selling price.customer willing to pay higher price to book early. So i gradually increae my price.i wil, try to raise to 1.15 per gloves .then i can earn 25 k per month from 10 k in last qtr.i will trh to get more stock to 120k.then i can 30k per month compare to 10k lastmonth .

Who is working for the past 49 days. Jus annouce news n expect everything in place..lol. all gomen bodies n miners n china side all slowed down by lockdown. Jus got the po only expect to orrow start mining sand.

1.they just get po, letter of credit not given yet. so its still early stage to begin in qtr 3.

2. mco already 49 days. the dept is closed for permit n application. Miner also stop work so no application.

3. when the time comes n mco over, i believe they will proceed with the neccesary procdure if po is confirmed.

Contract confirm renew. Becoz mco,no chance to find n replace another company. On 20 may.contract will b renew to avoid disruption in service.if they award to other company,they r trying to find trouble for themselves during this trying time.

And according to that dealer.export to china n hk is all the while in business. They only forbid export to singapore.

If they can commit to this volume they mus hav already do due diligence .u think they jus plug numbers from the air.they sure already check with local miners their ability to export.did u c the link i provided.the volume that particular dealer can export is UNLIMiTED.

They r more resourceful then u think.they r in building materials trading long time.

The po jus states the maximum value .doesnt mean they need to fulfil 100%. Definietly is within law limit.if the country limit in future ,of course they can source from other place.they r trader not miner. They can b very flexible.

Jus like scurrent tock market bull run until u dun believe n when u start believe its really a bull run then it will end.

U can continue to doubt and the price will go up...when u u finally stop doubting..the price will come down.

supermax is only operating at 75% for last 2 qtr. The eps is reflecting only 75% production cap. they now ramp up to 100% sommore stop old lines upgrading to throw back into production. u can imagine how much volume compare to last qtr.So dun c last 2 qtr eps is low. that is not accurate already.

newbie4444...even glove factory shut down 1.5 months...all got stockpile to sell one...supermax got 144 million worth of inventory to sell.

already said many time for supermax....increase of price is more important then volume...u cannot get more than 100% production at one time..but u can double your profit by increase price by 5-10%. thats how supermax strength is..OBM model.

other company need double production to reach 100% profit. (no one can do that)
Supermax only need increase 10% sales... increase price 10% can get 100% profit.
Under OBM..they can do that easily.

Ageson is not in sand mining operation...they r in trading of building material, they hav been doing it all these while but in smaller scale. U trade in cement doesnt mean u produce cement.

Then ageson can source from the 3 sultan for sand.they r more than willing to sell, if not becoz of ex pm blocking their business.
