As 85% majority owner of BJLand, BJCorp & Uncle Tan might just declare BJLand's 40% ownership in BJToto as dividend in specie in lieu of cash to make BJLand shariah compliant with Muslim CEO to enable cash rich royalty to invest in BJLand's property biz before SGX listing to alleviate the public float issue currently facing BJGroup?
This will kill 3 birds with one stone for Uncle Tan on public perception for investibility of BJCorp, BJToto & BJLand by public/ investment funds apart from cash hungry Penta/Goldman Sachs for a win win solution? After all @67 going to 68 years old in Feb 2020...time is not on Uncle Tan's side to reap maximum benefits in old age?

RM467.64 million has been received by BJLand on 1March 2019 with RM42.64 million on 3rd May 2019 and RM11.11 million upon receipt of Investment Cert. By Vietnam Authority...With total cash receipt of RM521.39 Million that translates into a cash receipt of 10.42 sens per share from sale of TPC Village alone! DISPOSAL OF THE ENTIRE 75% STAKE IN T.P.C NGHI TAM VILLAGE LTD (“DISPOSAL”)
(Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this Announcement are the
same as those previously defined in the earlier announcement).
We refer to the announcement dated 28 December 2018 on the Disposal of the entire stake of 75%
of the capital contribution in TPC Village for a cash consideration of VND1,244.59 billion (about
RM222.18 million or USD53.37 million) and settlement of the amount owing by TPC Village of
VND1,670.41 billion (about RM298.20 million or about USD71.63 million), totaling VND2,915 billion
(about RM520.38 million or about USD125 million) (“Total Payment Receivable”).
The Board of Directors of B-Land wishes to announce that all conditions precedent under the
Transfer Agreement have been fulfilled and is now unconditional. Accordingly, the Disposal has now
been completed. A total of VND2,619.57 billion (about RM467.64 million or about USD112.33
million) in cash amounting to about 90% of the Total Payment Receivable has been received by
TPC Development.
Another VND233.20 billion (about RM41.63 million or about USD10.00 million) of the Total Payment
Receivable (currently in escrow), will be received on or before 3 May 2019, while the balance of
VND62.23 billion (about RM11.11 million or about USD2.67 million) (which is also in escrow), will be

Lol... actually since Uncle Tan technically already controls 88% of BJLand shares he can make his move anytime...so just be patience to reap the benefits just like Penta... practically there already not much shares in the market apart from Penta's 3% block unless BJCorp wants BJLand to go the shariah compliant route and release 10% of its holdings to ease the liquidity issue and also to boost it's own shares...end of April will be expiry of it's warrant and implementation of T+2 to less on short selling and BJGroup's shares will pickup?

Lol..can follow the PriceWorth path...whose share price tripled last year from 10 sens to more than 30 sens!..just bring in a high net worth investor like Royalty/EPF to buy off market a substantial stake stake e g 10% of BJLand from BJCorp...but before that...as 60% majority shareholder of BJCorp, Uncle Tan needs to get BJLand to monetize it's 40% share in BJToto by declaring it as Dividend in Specie for all BJLand shareholders including BJLand, Uncle Tan etc. to make BJLand shariah compliant after getting out of the gambling biz...this way BJCorp/ Uncle Tan gets to own directly 85% of the 40% BJToto shares declared as dividend in specie without coming out with any cash since Uncle Tan already smells it OK... Once BJLand is shariah compliant big local funds like KWSP, Tabung Haji can invest in BJLand property/ land development biz to inclease it's liquidity...once that happens BJCorp, BJLand & BJToto will move upwards without resorting to the current practice of right-hand selling to the lefthand to influence the market...
