Ha...Well there are someone who wants to know how EV can benefits VS...not only VS...i think most OEM, OSAT n ATE companies. There are almost 30 components in a car...well some of them will be outsourced to those companies...so there are much integration within manufacturers n supplies...n the whole supply chains will be interesting to analyse...i am still learning more about how these vertical n horizontal integration within those companies...that can really average down WACC...TQ.

What a chance...i loaded almost...@33% of my portfolios position. Time will tell not now...probably underperforming it present moment...but let see in 2 to 3 years from now... hahaha...!!!

Ha...Dyson Singapore electric car is centred on R&D n of course the source of it still come from UK. So we must think how it will benefit those who have collaborated with Dyson before n it's a Win-Win collaboration for both sides. The whole supply chains will benefit across the causeway n probably whole of SEA. Just analyse it forward...how it will benefit VS...???!!!

Hahaha... when you trade n invest in market leader, like VS, Inari, TopGlov n Vitrox...it has strong interest in various market behaviours...some are shorting n some are longing...that's why Mr. Market is manic depressive disorders...if you cannot take it better buy a low cost index fund or keep as fixed deposit or buy AAA bond. It all depends on your risk appetite n character...TQ.

That's the process is crucial...at zero Margin of Safety...Must Sell... probably half...To zero down our cost of capital...Risk aversion is very, very important in investing in equity...Think of safety first...n the return on investment or upside, will takes care of itself. Think of how much downside if i am wrong... different markets scenarios n unforeseen circumstances that can't be avoided. TQ.

ESOS...it's a scheme that benefit full time employee, n it depends on the price when it was issued on the date n year. For this...@0.56 was issued to employees in Feb, 2015. So employees has ten years grace period to exercise it, to buy or sell. Usually 1 dollar is deducted from employee's pay, for ESOS entitlement. Bursa still have companies issuing ESOS, but in SGX it is becoming lesser, so many outsourcing nowadays. TQ.

Point 5. Last but not least...Value Investors must rebalance their portfolios...n bring down their cost of capital occasionally if there are opportunities to do so. 1. We or I haven't met a single person who can predict price movements. Unfortunately those who claim to forsee market's directions, but actually don't have that ability.
2. If investors can predict future market's directions than value Investors don't exist in the beginning.
3. The beneficial time for value investors is when market are falling, where they invest with Margin of Safety to protect against huge losses.
4. Well most of us know markets cannot be predicted accurately...Value investing can be considered a safe n successful investing strategy.
