expecting 1.5 bil gloves for FY2021.

@Keyman188: Money used to pay previous quarter dividends, plant and machineries expansion, repayment of borrowings. Also to take note prepayments from customer of 1bil has reduced to 600mil. Revenue and profits is recognized when goods are delivered.

Top Glove was trading at RM1.56 on 3 Jan 2020 (pre-Covid), adjusted for bonus-issue. At current price, the share price is up 200% while earnings 1700%. Willing to place my bet that when earnings normalize, the earnings will be at least 500% above pre-pandemic level. What would the share price be then? Not to mention the dividends received throughout the holding period.

1) Increasing Profits year-on-year
2) 78 mil nitrile gloves sales for this financial year
3) 32.5mil expansion plan by buying 2 factories and extending current factory + future projects (Private Placement)
4) 5.56mil repayment of bank borrowings to save on interest expenses + 55mil on working capital needs (Private Placement)
5) Buying 60% of TMSB (rm12 mil via share issuance) with profit guarantee of rm3 mil per year (LKL portion). In case TMSB cannot meet the min profit guarantee, TMSB has to repay LKL, therefore for security sake, bank guarantee of 9mil has to be secured before acquisition can go through.

Think before u sell at current price...

If u study its previous years earnings, Q1 & Q4 are always the lowest earnings quarters... Recently, its Q4 earnings is record breaking, plus its recent Q1 earning above 1mil mark, moving forward its Q2, Q3 & Q4 look very promising!

This financial year net profits is going to be higher than previous ones.

rm78mil nitrile gloves contract sales is not largely booked in this quarter, future quarters is expected to be much better.

Be patient. Hold on tightly to your Supermax shares.

The world needs a lot of medical equipment though, LKL should be able to capitalize on this.

Q4FY2020 (Report: Feb 2021) should be higher than Q3FY2020 (Report: Nov 2020). Glove counters look set to continue reporting record profits in 2021.

Extremely limited sectors will do well in FY2020 & FY2021. Eventually healthcare sector is 1 of the only sectors with clear earnings visibility. Face mask is here to stay till FY2021 at the very least.

Continue to HOLD. Net cash company and higher expected profits in 3Q with Tek Seng doubling its production capacity with new machineries coming on stream in 3Q.
