It is not bankers fault. When they give price targets, it was done in good faith as what information were available to them. The most they could rely was P & L, cash flow and balance sheet only. But not many analysts have accountancy background. they couldn't interpret in detail.

if Serbadk could sack SC, i think they will do it too. lol

the replies given by SerbaDK now is very vague. They are trying to pin the blame on the auditors of not doing an efficient job. This is not a 3rd tier auditing firm.

I still want to listen to KMPG's side of story regarding the audit process.

@noah i also don't think the auditors extracted the wrong address. They are professionals.

i think tech stock will be the biggest beneficiaries, especially those involve in WFH.

Get yourself vaccinated.ASAP. I will.get my.AZ vaccines next 2 weeks. The efficacy.is about 90 %. Sinovac also ok even though.efficacy is 50 to 60 %. Even if you get infected after vaccination, it will either be no symtoms, mild symtoms like fever or cough but you wont get serious symtoms like cannot breath or need to go into.ICU. Vaccinated is better than.no vaccination.

Proposal to remove auditors. If it is passed through, it will be a slap to the transparency.

i am refering to the external auditors KPMG. Thats the the last line of defence. I never pay attention to a company's internal auditors as they are salaried employee of the organisation.

if the Serbadk auditors resign, it will be more worse. So currently better wait for Serbadk issue settle first. It is now the issue of perception and transparency. The uncertainty which is like a sword of Damocles hanging over the organisation's head puts that at risk.
