Ans : If there is no share split, bonus issue, private placement or warrant, I do not think the stock price will go up further. I will avoid this stock because the trading volume is too low. No fund manager will be interested in this type of stock. The owner is not interested to make the stock price attractive.
May be directors are interested to collect their director fees only.
I may be wrong, final decision is yours.
