COMPANY UPDATE

Econpile Holdings Bhd’s 2QFY18 net profit added 6.4% Y.o.Y to RM22.7 mln on the back of higher recognition from its increased orderbook coupled with higher gain from disposal of machineries and rental income of equipment. Revenue for the quarter climbed 9.7% Y.o.Y to RM162.2 mln.

For 1HFY18, cumulative net profit gained 16.2% Y.o.Y to RM43.9 mln. Revenue for the period improved 26.4% Y.o.Y to RM331.1 mln. The results were within expectations with its revenue amounting to 46.0% of our full-year forecast of RM719.6 mln, while its net profit came in at 45.5% of our estimate of RM96.5 mln. The slight variance was mainly due completion of certain projects whilst several projects are at the commencement stage.

Backed by an unbilled construction orderbook of approximately RM1.27 bln from over 20 ongoing projects, Econpile’s orderbook-to-cover ratio at 2.2x against FY17 revenue of RM581.9 mln will continue to provide earnings visibility over the next 2-3 years.

With the earnings coming within our expectations, we leave our earnings forecast unchanged. We also maintain our HOLD recommendation with a higher target price at RM1.30 (from RM1.25) after we rolled over our valuation metrics to FY19 by ascribing an unchanged target PER of 17.0x to its FY19 EPS of 7.6 sen, which is in line with its peers with similar market capitalisation.

I wouldn't say guarantee because there's no guarantee in this world.
But the chance of making profit is likely > 95% if can keep for 1 year.
With only RM16,000 invested, not big deal. I will keep for forever provided the golden rule is not breaking. The Golden Rule is every quarter must make profit and each QR profit must be greater than YoY and only accept 1 QR not greater than YoY. Exception is unless reasonable reason of not greater than YoY, it will still accepted.
This is new page of VIZIONE, no harm to try since the FA getting stronger. Time will tell.

By luck, I would say, I have entered to VS last year and give me lovely profit. I don't hold any VS or VS warrant by now, though it may still looking good.
After long holiday last year end and coming back this 2018, I spent little time to discover another potential stock, VIZIONE.

The only concern is the PP soon which is a huge position which may dilute the EPS for VIZIONE. Though, the future of is very promising.

I don't look too far but what else can lose from current price where the return may go few multiple if they delivered all the committed projects as per schedule.

The management is strong and very experience. My personal target for VIZIONE by end of 2018 is 0.40.

If the profit continue to go up, I will continue to hold for few years. Hope 2019 can break 1.00 and 2020 can break 2.00.

I don't mind to top up from time to time at higher price if the profit continues to go up each quarter vs quarter.

Currently I only bought in 100 lot that costs me RM 16,000. Good Luck to myself!

i personally think that should take the risk to invest into a company where I do not see the positive sign in their revenue or profit in at least short term. Long term? How long is long term? Too many unexpected things may happen before the "long term".
I saw someone said worth 0.55. I think that price is really reasonable for me.

the 1.50 is just verbally, no significant future seen in IWCity yet. too risk to put money in. just my 2 cents
