Calm down guys. Up and down is normal. Nobody can say for sure whether it will go up or down. Just buy or sell according to your own assessment.

As for myself, I do believe this company which has been loss making most of the time is not worth that much. KYY did mention that he is confident in this company due to what the Director told him at some talk i.e. that projects all completed on time etc. To believe the director or not is up to you.

But nevertheless, if KYY still keeps buying, share price could still very well go up. On the same note, if KYY is bailing, then good luck.

So the main question now is, is KYY still going to buy to chase up the price??? Anybody here knows him personally? Do give him a call and share some info with us.

My next pick - Insas Berhad. NTA RM2. Good results for 2017 so far.

EPF bought 2 million shares on 23/06 between 1.35 to 1.38.

If you bought at these levels, you should be comfortable.

Seems that 1 big player wants it to go up and 1 wants it to go down, probably not enough collected.

Imagine when both big players wants it to go up...

My opinion is that rights issue is not necessarily a bad thing.

If it is used to pay debts (due to non-ability to pay) then it is a bad thing.

However, if it is used for further expansion, then in my opinion, it is actually a good thing.

Basing on MRCB's revenues for the past few years, you can see a sudden jump in 2016 figures.

This shows that they are getting aggressive and will need funds to support the expansion.

As such, I believe it is still ok to buy provided that you have funds to subscribe to the rights issue. If you buy now and do not not exercise your right, then you will be on the losing end.

TrippleZ, then everyday you buy. :) Go google Li Ka Shing's video on youtube, the one he gave an interview to an asian girl. He deploys similar strategy when buying or selling. Never all in at 1 go be it buying or selling so you don't miss out be it opportunity to buy or sell.

So far, my strategy of buying when others are dumping works well for me. This is also the strategy used by Koon Yew Yin. That was how he made alot of money during the HK crisis when their lease was coming to an end. But I buy with extra cash only and have the ability to hold should things don't turn out the way I expect.

Some of the stocks that I keep an eye for short term play in mind:-

(1) MRCB - Bought around RM1.35. Sell above RM1.60. Election play.
(2) DRBHCOM - Bought around RM1.65. Sell above RM1.75. Election play.
(3) DNEX - Bought around RM0.57/RM0.58. Sell above RM0.60. But for DNEX i do keep half for longer term, good company and management. Goreng + Invest.
(4) FGV - Bought around RM1.60. Sell above RM1.70. Election play.
(5) IRIS - Bought around RM0.15. Sell above RM0.17. Goreng. Repeated this cycle many times
(6) MUIIND - Bought around RM0.185. Sell above RM0.20. Goreng. Repeated this cycle many times.
(7) MYEG - Bought around RM2.0X. Sell above RM2.15. Stable. Repeated this cycle many times.
(8) JIANKUN-WA - Bought around RM0.085 and sell RM0.095.

Some of the stocks that I bought for long term play:-

(1) JIANKUN - currently having 2 projects launched. Was loss making for years but recent quarter they returned to black. I believe with the progressive billings coming in for their 2 projects, they should be able to turn around and record profitability for 2 years at least. Check lowyat forum on latest sale figures for Amani Residence. Looks good. Could be a good bet. Bought around RM0.28.
(2) DNEX - as per above. Good prospect.
(3) BJCORP - bought around 0.35 to keep. I believe will turn around.
(4) MKLAND - although some tax issue with LHDN now, but i think the recent drop has factored that in. High NTA. Safe bet.

Why i bought into BJCORP:-

(1) I used to work for a related company owned by TSVT and have first hand experience dealing with BJCORP and have confidence in them - Good Management Team;
(2) Share price at all time low - Buy Low Sell High;
(3) I can see their businesses every corner I turn, very diversified - SAFE;
(4) Has great potential for upside, currently suppressed due to not so good relationship with current government but this will definitely change. TSVT has under his payroll some high potential people who could even be the next PM taking into account education, family background and ability - TSVT is FARSIGHTED.
