Investigate the cause of fire & implement countermeasure means production would affected at least for a while....??

ANZ is not desperate to sell cheap. Of course, it's interested to sell at good/ fair price. No reason to sell a controlling stake in profitable bank entity below its NTA. With decent dividend, Ambank is still a 'cash cow' to ANZ. Small investor cannot bear the price drop will certainly sell... Traders that fear loss of opportunity in another rising stock, will dump as well for their cash flow...... KWSP, KWAP can buy cheap from open market...

it may stage a rebound once back to profit, as now without burden of oil& gas division. grab the low, but not sure how low....
