In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MClean said its directors and substantial shareholders have entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Accrelist Crowdfunding Pte Ltd to dispose of about 56.3 million ordinary shares in MClean.

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 2): Three subsidiaries under UEM Group Bhd have signed business agreements with domestic and international companies at the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
