I think compare apple to apple MPI stocks only 200m shares. DNEX got 2 billion shares.. Some more balance float DNEX is quite high. Whatever it is I think if the sign ceremony going positively, I think DNEX going for RM2 billion market cap is quite easy (which translate to around RM1 per share)

Currently institution share around 51.1%. If share balance float can be more further reduced below 30%, then easier for the price to hike even more. Look at MPI. at just 300 million shares but balance float for public trading only 18.7%. Price already to the moon.

so what is the game here? current shareholder can subscribe for 5 sen. If no buyer just subscribe or else your current share will be devalued. There is a risk also the main share may be down to below 5 sen after EX date that will cause the subscriber even lose more value. Unless you may hope this counter can play covid19 sentiment and let the jerung pump for you and get out as soon as you recovered your lost or any profit comfortable.

Private placement is the game for high net worth person. Since the management bought their own share I think they got confident on future revenue.

The management got pretty confident on their endeavor on AI and IoT space. The technology is still not mainstream as yet. It will be norm in the near future to have this futuristic things and we might see this kind of business going to boom.
