I thank Mr. hng33, Mr. Gheekong and Mr. kai8994 for all the analysis of the future performance of OSKH once everything is put in place and also (and this is interesting) the mindset and thinking of an experienced investment banker. For all what it is worth, I would have thought that what that investment banker did, is doing or will be doing, all that he plans are for the good of his interests only.
I may praise Tan Sri Ong for how he grew OSKH to be a force within the ASEAN region, BUT he never rewarded OSKH shareholders well. Look back and reflect. Even when he sold off OSKIB to RHBC what did the shareholders get. AND WE EXPECT OSKH TO RISE. NO WAY.
Look at the share price of OSKH right now; if it wants to go up, it would had gone up. But what do we see? UP and then DOWN.

See, I believe. will not appeal. See and friends may have the number of shares to prevent a buyout, I hope. That is why Chee and friends are wasting your time and mine, costing us our dividend payout, making Kian Joo a "dull' share and preventing the share price to rise.

There is a lot of sense in Justin Ngo's contention. In order to maintain OLH's percentage share in OSK as high as possible, there should be as little conversions (of PJD and OSKP shares to OSK shares) as possible. Either OSK price is kept at current levels OR I think the share prices of OSKP and PJD would be bumped up when the mandatory takeover (of OSKP) and voluntary takeover (of PJD) are offered to affected shareholders. Am I talking rubbish?

Don't do anything and see what happens.

bluebiznet, why so impatient? SC took five months to approve -- Bursa was quite efficient (3 weeks to approve) -- now, OLH needs a rest (to think about the next move). MAYBE another 4 weeks --giving it to the end of JUNE, 2015. PATIENCE is a virtue if you want to make money.

Can-One is deeply committed (in finance) when they acquired the first tranche of 32+% of KIan Joo at about RM1.60. Now to acquire the remaining 68% of Kian Joo at RM3.30 they need the help of EPF. The hidden asset value of Kian Joo must be great for Aspire to do the unthinkable of r++bing the minority shareholders.

Selection of AGM or EGM date is determined by OLH. So OLH wins by all accounts. So how can I say AYE!!!!!!! I would say AYE if OSK share price starts to rise up and up. (But this is all wishful dreams.)

retnam, I would agree with you totally. If there is no revision to the 'offer price', I trust that as many as possible minority shareholders would attend the EGM to vote down the offer. Wah! they want to gain in asset value and cash value. I think that Chee fellow has no money left to top up the offer. And EPF; why should they be involved, after being with the Sees for so long.
