OLH does not want PJD to convert; so prices have to be kept low in order to make that any conversion (PJD to OSK) not worthwhile. See the trend of OSK now. The next level: when BURSA approves; how much can OSK rise up? Shares of property counters never rise up a lot. And OLH is never renowned for his generosity. If PJD and OSKP reject, then the three companies exist and OLH gets three numerations. If PJD and OSKP accept, then OLH gets one payment; albeit a higher one. Am i wrong? I think that is what OLH desires. Think of other reasons why OLH wants the shareholders of PJD and OSKP to reject those offers.

5 months already passed; still no news. Have to wait for another 5 months? Why is SC and Bursa taking so long to approve a simple deal between a shell company and two property companies. Hopefully I will not hear any bad news soon. If proposals are not approved, then OSK enters into PN4!!!!!

In general, PN17 companies normally have some financial difficulties.
Is OSK in some kind of financial difficulty? Then why OSK will be in PN17 if no merger? I don't understand.

You are hoping that if RHB rebounds, OSK will 'rebound'. Check the history between RHB and OSK and you will find that this is not the case. OSK is an empty shell and very fragile. OLH has to learn to be generous. Don't plan to keep 99.99% of assets to your pockets.

Are the signs of doom coming? I pity OLH. Tomorrow is the AGM. Is OLH lacking interest in the merger of OSK/OSKP/PJD given that RHB is on the down trend?
