I believe the management of Supermx had caused the share price of Supermx to drop.

I study very hard on this stock before I comment, I do not simply assume.

I have spent many good hours reading through Q3 2021 results of Supermx, below are a few key points to highlight. I like to talk with facts and figures.

The ASP dropped 15% to 25% in Q3 2021 is not true ... I repeat it is not true ...

There are 2 types of order from Supermx.
1). The spot order - I believe 5% of the capacity is allocated to spot order. The customer is willing to pay a higher price for this type of order because the customer can get the glove fast. Due to strong competition, the customers can get gloves fast from other competitors, hence these spot orders are reducing and ASP drops 15% to 25% for spot orders. Of course the profit will drop due to the drop in ASP. Please note that 5% of spot order will not cause the total ASP to drop 15% to 25%. The management of Supermx finally agreed that this statement is not true, "15% to 25% drop in ASP" are applied to spot orders only which is about 5% of the total revenue.
2). Contractual orders - There is no change in ASP in this type of order. According to the management, orders until June 2022 are fully booked. The orders are partly paid and no cancellation will be seen. Hence we will not see lower ASP in these type of contractual orders until June 2022. The management of Supermx confirmed ASP for the next 2 quarters is ranging from USD 80 to 110. There will not be any reduction of ASP for these contractual orders for the next 2 quarters.

Total Capacity of Supermx
1). Based on Q3 2021 results, the total capacity for Supermx is 26 billion. There is an increase of more than 2.2 billion capacity from December 2020.
2). The capacity of Supermx will increase from current 26 billion to 36 billion until December 2021.
3). The additional capacity is many times more than enough to compensate for lower ASP in spot orders which accounts for 5% of the revenue only.
4). I believe the PAT will still grow until the end of 2021 due to additional capacity of 10 billion.

Barring any unforeseen circumstance, I believe the quarter results for Q4 2021, Q1 2022 and Q2 2022 will be good due to additional capacity of 10 billion.
According to MARGMA, there is still a shortage of 80 billion pieces of rubber gloves until 31/12/2021.
