My finding:-
1) ZoneCorp and Block7 signed aggrement develop block 7 innovation hub.
2) Block 7 -> JV between Efire and SerbaDK
3) Efire -> JV between Liwa and SerbaDK

The project should be valid because
a) ZoneCorp is reputable company in Abu Dhabi,UAE.
b) Yes the efire and block7 website is cacat, but The main company behind,which is liwa, their website is good. Take note that all also using wordpress and basically same design. If that matters for some of you.
c) The Liwa chairman personally came and visit serbadk before.

But anyway now Serba problem is issues raised by KPMG, and this block7 project is not part of it. Correct me I am wrong.

Karim did mentioned that he would like to double up Serba Market Cap year by year in order to be more competitive in international stages. I am able to see that he is doing things in order to achieve that. So is either hit or miss. For me I believe Serba will continue grow in the future at least in 2 to 3 years time. Have faith and be patient guys =).

I would not categories ~3% dividend a year as peanut for a growing company. But I do agree with the fact the company might be expanding too fast and soon becomes another SAPNRG.

Serba track record should be a clear indicator that the company is always growing. Based on the new borrowing, it is used to finance their working capital. So for me, its a good thing. We just have to be patient. Currently the sentiment is not with O&G, you cant expect it to fly to the moon. Patient is the key here =)
