1) Pledged gold (owner failed to reclaim) for options ??? Never heard ? Can the successful bidder used as pledged gold again for loan? My opinion Gold is a valuable tangible assets a bit resemble to property.
2) I opine loan can only granted certain percentage of the pledged gold, eg. 30%. So, is not a loss to the company in the event of default payment.

@ DatoKyle... i can 100% convinced/confirmed whistlebower99 have not holding any shares of TA. Price up or down is not for us to say, is decided by operator and also the future prospects of the company. Ppapa's business is the safest than Ah Long and Bank as long as they stick to the principle of collateral gold for loan. Event though world gold prices fluctuate it is still safe for pawn business as normally they would give 30% or more (not more than 50%) of the pledged gold. So, that means they are not afraid of default payment. Whilst Ah long may be with no collateral and Banks are subject to default payment in time of economic downturn.

You talk nonsense RSS give you opportunity to buy low. RSS is the culprit of making share price going down :-
1) RSS are normally done by big corporation, eg. JP Morgan, even though limited to only 3% to 4% is a big sum already for ordinary investors to counter against them and for IB and big boys might not worth for them to counter them too.
2.) The Nosh of 8 million shares is too big.
3.) Could be the operator and RSS have consensus on the buy and sell. Eg. at one time RSS was done together with big boy/EPF selling.

Good, company would receive more monies from the conversion of warrants for business expansions and hopefully generate more income to offset the dilutions. Do agreed after conversion there would be more floated shares. Should go for consolidation 10 to 1 and share value also increased same to 10 times. Too many shares too tough for operator to goreng.

Sell on news are just for short term players only. This counter just started to shine.

Share price could not be the same as Genetic because NOASH is 3,414 millions (too big) whilst Genetic share before bonus issue NOASH only less than 200 millions and price goreng up to about RM50.00. So, imagine how many billions you need to pump in (with NOASH of 3,414 millions) to a price of RM50.00. More than RM1.00 would be very happy loh.
